I thought your assessment of the budget was pretty spot on. That said I thought the prevailing post Rachael Reeves feeling is that the country got away lightly. I suspect this is the calm before a March 27 election.On a general note I thought that Burnham could be a bit of a Blair in that people will like him until he truly wrecks the job (which he will).
