But she is not obliged to give a cash statement in a trading update, no matter how often you demand one. The only circumstance which would require her to provide one would be if the cash position dropped alarmingly and thus constituted inside information. She did give a broad assurance on the cash runway having previously given specific guidance in June that the company had sufficient cash to meet its obligations for 12 months. No doubt she is very sorry not to be pandering to your demands.As for OPTI, I find it impossible to believe that SOH has held on to 5m+ shares for five long months. But if he does have some left to sell, it won't be a seismic event and I'm sure he would wait for a better time unless there's a gun to his head. There are also one or two significant shareholders who might be happy to take them off his hands in an off-market deal, and possibly even a new investor. You should experiment with not blowing things up out of all proportion.

I don't respect her for the reasons I explained in this podcast, notably a refusal to state what current cash is, a refusal to say whether the June 25 placing was investigated, etc.My questions are not hypothetical but realCompanies cannot tell auditors not to flag up a MAU have no conspiracy theories, i just think the valuation too high & there is an OPTI overhang. It's not your call either but you seem fixated on calling it – without knowing the facts. She knows what the auditors will need, especially as she already has a close working relationship with the new auditor. She will explain it to you when she's ready.You don't respect her because she refuses to be drawn into your conspiracy theories and won't answer your hypothetical questions – when the answer is already staring you in the face. Sane people respect her for that.BTS is increasingly profitable and Dermatonics is at breakeven or better. AxisBiotix is making a loss and could be sold. Skins would be saving £500k a year if they gave it away.

Much as I admire your work ethic, this constant rehashing of old news can't be doing you any good. The BBs are full of conspiracy theorists who fill a knowledge void with the kind of nonsense you peddle about SBTX in an ever more desperate bid to drive the share price down for your personal gratification. You refuse to accept that Skins' chartered accountant governance evangelist chairman knows more than you do and won't be taking you into her confidence until she reveals the forthcoming guidance. I know it's annoying but we all have to wait for the big reveal.Until then, try believing our highly credible, no-nonsense chairman who has openly declared that she intends to sign off the FY accounts with a 12-month cash runway from the date that they are signed off. That would mean no material uncertainty. And this lady doesn't do BS.How she will achieve that will be revealed shortly but it's possible that the unexpected growth in revenues in Q1/27 combined with the announced cost-savings programme will be enough; and if not then a shareholder loan or pledge would do it, as would the sale of a loss making asset. And it's even possible that there could be a small fund raise albeit she has stated that the company doesn't need one.So instead of your constant, repetitive and tedious sniping, why not sit back and recharge your batteries while the story unfolds? I'm sure you will have plenty to digest when the guidance materialises.

Of course it will. and that makes a) there being a real risk of an equity fund raise and b) the valuation bonkersfolks who express concern for my health and reputation should i continue writing about a stock are clearly rattled. This is below par even if highly predictable. Hard to believe that you are still laying into Ashman, the former CEO whose misdemeanours have been uncovered by the new management team who have sacked him and handed his file over to the appropriate authorities to decide whether criminal proceedings should be brought.As suspicious as you and I may be about the propriety of the £4m fundraise last year (I wrote to Ashman and other directors to question it), there is clearly no proof of any malfeasance and nor have any claims been filed by the subscribers to that fund raise or Alyson would have been legally bound to declare them. So you can rant on and on forever about it if you like but it will be to no avail and your GP would probably advise you to forget about it.On the prospects of a material uncertainty being raised by the auditors in November, nobody can see into the future except perhaps chartered accountant Alyson and she doesn't appear to be concerned about it. Increasing revenues and reducing overheads may be sufficient to satisfy the auditor; and if not she only needs to secure a loan pledge from a willing investor or, if necessary, sell off a loss making asset. In short, it's a false alarm and you are clearly out of ammo.And even if the company were to report a loss in 2027-28, it's hardly the end of the world. Many AIM companies have healthy share prices without ever having made a profit and equity raises are commonplace. Should SBTX ever need one, it should be small enough to be easily digested and life will go on.You of course will carry on being a drama queen for as long as your health holds up, no matter how much it impairs your reputation. But this drama has already unfolded so there is nothing more to see.

The crucial fundamental question for skins is how large the Revenue from Croda will be and much more significantly the timing of those revenues.If we assume that substantial Revenue from Croda will be received in the year ending 30 June 2028 the valuation looks very stretched.Just think how many shares would have to be raised to cover plc costs to provide working capital for one two or three years.I have no axe to grind I am just doing the maths.Toyin has a very detailed grasp of the product and maybe feels substantial revenue being generated is much closer.
