UJO

Ahead of the Friday showdown in Bristol our 32 most gruesome exposes of Union Jack Oil and its disgraced board

On Friday, shareholders in Union Jack Oil get to vote to sack the board at an AGM where both myself and Peter "fagash" Brailey will be attending. ShareProphets has been Union Jack Oil’s (UJO) case since 2019. Its shares have collapsed and its only response was to waste shareholders cash investigating myself, fagash and fagash's girlfriend, as the board enriched themselves. Here are the 32 most gruesome stories.

  1. Union Jack Oil – Trolling journalists and their girlfriend and ex wife: Who’s a total scumbag? Mr David Bramhill (8 December 2021)

Tom recently revealed that an AIM company had apparently spent £40,000 investigating the background of a journalist on this site. I understand the revolting dossier included details of the writer, his partner and his Ex and his business. The report was trying to pin the leaking of this companies’ placings on an individual, and doing so in a very nasty way. I have not seen the report. Tom has it and has let me know the highlights. So, Mr David Bramhill, of Union Jack Oil (UJO), step forward and take the honours. You investigated me with your £40,000 Private Investigators. You, Mr Bramhill,  are a xxxx — and I make no apologies for that language. You are Scum.

  2. Chris Oil – I am sure he’s nothing more than a fantasist, others suspect worse – ref Union Jack (22 February 2019)

My big trouble in life is that I am a charitable soul and, as thirsty share bloggers know, bend over backwards to see the best in folks. Others are far less charitable. That brings me to a now deleted tweet from Chris Oil from 1.07 PM on Wednesday 20th February on Union Jack Oil (UJO).  Chris may have thought that history was erased but a co-conspirator has preserved the golden prose below:interest and might almost be seen as independent. He seems to like the shares.

  3. Explosive new Document: Union Jack Oil, the spooks and the ICO offences against its own shareholders, advisers and journalists (9 January 2022)

I have been sent a new document sent by corporate spooks Fortisat to its client Union Jack Oil (UJO), “Investigation Update Report” 22nd October. It is utterly damning and suggests that the company was aware and sanctioning activity which is a clear breach of the rules set out by the Information Commissioner, not to say utterly creepy. Resignations or sackings must surely result from this expose. In today's article I shall name some of those targetted by Union Jack and is shameless boss David Bramhill.

  4. BREAKING: Peter Brailey sends demand to Union Jack regarding skin crawling, journalist trolling Fortisat Dossier – so should others (10 December 2021)

As Peter disclosed earlier this week he is the journalist on this website that Union Jack Oil (UJO) paid the bastards at Fortisat to compile a dossier on with all sorts of very personal information plus ludicrous assertions. David Bramhill, the now disgraced, boss of Union Jack has admitted that there are around 20 such dossiers. Peter has now written, as you can see in a redacted manner to protect private addresses and phone numbers, to Union Jack demanding that it hand him any of the 20 dossiers which mention him. David Bramhill promises me ...

  5. Breaking SCANDAL: David Bramhill & Union Jack spunking £500 an hour on the cover-up of it trolling its own shareholders and journalists (6 January 2022)

Just when you thought that the scandal of Union Jack Oil (UJO) blowing £45,000 to produce reports containing creepy personal details, factual errors and no conclusions of import on journalists and its own shareholders could not get any worse, it does.

  6. EXPOSE: The £75,000 Porsche with personalized number plates bought by cash strapped Union Jack Oil (14 January 2026)
One of the numerous disgruntled shareholders in Union Jack Oil (UJO) sends me the photo of a Porsche Macan GTS complete with the numberplate UJO4 UJO. I am told that it was bought for cash two years ago and would have set the company back at least £75,000. Clearly it is a depreciating asset. But it gets better.

  7. Union Jack Oil London accommodation shocker (16 January 2026)
Another couple of disgruntled shareholders have been in touch with Winnileaks regarding cash strapped Union Jack Oil (UJO) and how the executive team and David Bramhill’s chums lived the high life at shareholders expense.

  8. Union Jack Oil shares now seriously under par – it is in a doom loop (5 November 2025)
Shareholders again forced the board of Union Jack Oil (UJO) to withdraw a plan, that is to say to allow it to issue warrants, and now the company faces another problem. And now, following news today of a duster of a well in the USA, its shares are now 3.3p-3.5p but par value is 5p. And that means it simply cannot issue new shares since its funding only ever comes from deeply discounted placings and you cannot issue shares below par.

  9. Union Jack and the Porsche for the man who sends out its tweets – its far worse than I suggested (15 January 2026)
Yesterday I exposed how cash constrained Union Jack Oil (UJO) had splashed out £75,000 on a Porsche for Chris Bailey, the man who sends out its inane tweets. But it seems that I was far too generous.

  10. A letter to David Bramhill – in friendship (13 January 2026)
I have written to the executive chairman of Union Jack Oil (UJO), David Bramhill

  11. BREAKING: Union Jack Oil is sitting on a sack the board EGM Notice! (19 January 2026)
Natch, trougher David Bramhill has yet to notify shareholders. But my source in the world of City advisors tells me that he is sitting on a legally valid EGM Requisition demanding wholesale change.

  12. UPDATED: Union Jack 2nd EGM sack the board requisition sent yesterday and then pulled, Bramhill laughs at the Sheriff (20 January 2026)
Earlier I reported that a 2nd sack the board EGM request had been submitted to Union Jack Oil (UJO) and that trougher David Bramhill was sitting on it. Well David Bramhill gets to laugh at me today but he will not be laughing at me for long.

  13. BREAKING: Union Jack Corporate excess – the Bath accommodation and fine dining (20 January 2026)
I shall not let aging trougher David Bramhill laugh at me for long. One good turn deserves another. Last week I looked at the lavish hotel usage of the Union Jack board and company Porsche driving twitter gimp Chris Bailey when in London. However, the headquarters of Union Jack Oil & Gas (UJO) are in Bath.

  14. Union Jack boardroom battle starts to get fruity: Howie goes on the attack (26 May 2026)

I am told that Union Jack Oil (UJO) is preparing an RNS attacking Craig Howie and his call to sack the greedy and useless board. We know that Howie will win the AGM vote so the cost of the board fighting him is just money wasted as the troughers try to prolong their troughing.  Howie has however got in first with a letter going out today to shareholders. It reads:

  15. Union Jack Oil: Not Very Gneiss Company David Bramhill is keeping (24 September 2025)
There is an announcement today from David Bramhill’s AIM listed shitco Union Jack Oil (UJO) about US drilling results. The news looks very much Curate’s Egg stuff to me and gives no reason to buy the shares as Union Jack continues to guzzle cash up until its next placing. What caught my eye is the list of advisors.

  16. Union Jack Oil - a geologist writes "this smells" (3 February 2026)
I kid you not, Craig Howie is off work right now, working as an extra on a movie shoot ( it is his hobby). Chacun a son gout. On his return we may get a 3rd attempt to sack the incompetent and greedy board of Union Jack Oil (UJO). I think the financials are now so dire that whoever is in charge this ship is doomed. But what about the quality of its assets? A geologist has been in touch and writes…

  17. This is why there is a massive corporate governance fail at Union Jack Oil (17 January 2026)
There are three NEDS at Union Jack Oil (UJO). John Americanos owns almost 5% of the equity and his drawings at Union Jack are immaterial to his total wealth. He is therefore truly independent.

  18. EXPOSE: The whore blogger bats for Union Jack Oil – no admission he is on its payroll (14 January 2026)
The dismal Share Talk website hosts London’s worst spivs among them the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood who pens “Malcy’s Blog”. Earlier this week Union Jack Oil (UJO) dismissed NEDS Craig Howie and brought in two new NEDS, one of whom, laughably, is already a well paid consultant to Union Jack. If Zac Phillips is independent I am a banana.

  19. A correction : I understated the greed of Bull at corrupt Union Jack Oil (13 January 2026)
I apologise to one and all. 79 year old Graham Bull is not on £120,000 a year at Union Jack Oil (UJO) as I suggested yesterday– that is simply what he is paid as a consultant. He gets another £50,000 on top as a NED fee. Clearly he is not independent and he must be the most overpaid NED on AIM.

  20. BREAKING: Craig Howie ups stake and now promises to sack the entire Union Jack board in June! (2 April 2026)

This morning a TR1 came in showing that ex Union Jack Oil (UJO) director Craig Howie had upped his stake to 9.2%. Ther board hold SFA shares with c90% of the equity spread to the four winds of BBM land by numerous bailout placings. Howie has been touch with an explicit threat. He writes:

  21. Craig Howie call to arms at Union Jack Oil (12 April 2026)

Union Jack Oil (UJO), the company that bought an eighty grand Porsche for the gimp who runs its X account, spent shareholders cash on spook to troll its own shareholders and journalists including me, and where the board troughs salaries and expenses on an industrial scale needs to hold a its AGM in the summer.  The company has signed up to the QCA best practice guide which means that ALL directors should be up for reelection. The chances of it actually doing that? Nil.

  22. BREAKING: Craig Howie has the votes at Union Jack Oil, is there a ramp off for trougher Bramhill and the gang? (28 April 2026)

Craig Howie says that he has been overwhelmed by the response from shareholders in Union Jack Oil (UJO) both institutional and retail to his plans to sack the board. The only question is whether the aging troughers David Bramhill and Joe O’Farrell will put up a fight as we head to a June AGM. Does Bramhill really believe in QCA guidance he has signed up to?

  23. Expose: Should the HMRC be looking at Union Jack Oil, David Bramhill, Twitter gimp Chris Bailey and the Porsche? (3 May 2026)

The documents below suggest that as he tries to oust the board at Union Jack Oil (UJO), Craig Howie should be contacting the HMRC whistleblower service first thing on Tuesday.

  24. Graham Bull of Union Jack Oil & his service contract: another corporate governance shocker (13 April 2026)

At every level corporate governance at Union Jack Oil (UJO) stinks and that is one reason why costs are utterly out of control and will destroy the company unless Craig Howie manages to sack the board at this summer’s AGM. At the heart of this is 80 year old NED Graham Bull, possibly the highest paid NED on AIM.

  25. BREAKING: Union Jack Oil sticks two fingers up to the Quoted Companies Alliance (4 May 2026)

Trougher David Bramhill and his gang running Union Jack Oil (UJO) into the ground say that they follow the guidelines set out by the QCA with regard to Corporate Governance. But that is demonstrably not true.

  26. Union Jack Oil: the GM battle lines are officially drawn (7 May 2026)

Would Union Jack Oil (UJO) have followed QCA guidelines and put the whole board up for reelection at the AGM had Craig Howie who owns 9% of the equity not submitted a resolution to that effect? Perhaps. Perhaps not. I showed on Monday how Union Jack claims to follow QCA Guidance but in fact does not.

  27. A question for David “Trougher” Bramhill with AGM voting guide (3 June 2026)

Snivelling, cowardly Graham Bull has today resigned as a NED from Union Jack Oil (UJO) while still troughing it as a consultant to the company, blaming my hurty words for his decision. In doing so he avoids being voted off the board at the AGM, which I am attending as a proxy, on 26 June in Bristol. At that AGM his fellow troughers David Bramhill, Joe O’Farrell and Zac Phillips will almost certainly be voted off. However…

  28. Has trougher Bramhill sold (at a a loss) the erighty grand Porsche Union Jack Oil bought for its X gimp? (2 May 2026)

Our expose that Union Jack Oil (UJO) had spaffed eighty grand buying a Porsche with personalised number plates for the gimp who sends out its tweets was one of the numerous governance fails this website has shone a light on, one of the numerous reasons why shareholders should sack the board and back Craig Howie at this summer's GM. But..

  29. The greed of the 80 year olds at Union Jack 2013 -2026 laid bare (26 May 2026)

The greed at Union Jack Oil (UJO) is off the scale as the table below showing troughings going back to the 2013 IPO shows. Directors David Bramhill, Joe O'Farrell and Graham Bull own less than 2% of the equity. The shares have fallen from an adjusted IPO price of 50p to 3.5p in 13 years. Yet here are the takings of each of them. Its shocking.

  30. More questions for David “Trougher” Bramhill at Union Jack Oil (4 June 2026)

As things stand, the much vaunted US operations of Union Jack Oil (UJO) are dribbling out 48 barrels per day. No doubt trougher Bramhill and the gang promise that further drilling will be transformational. We shall see. But ahead of the AGM on 26 June I wonder if Mr Brahmhill might check his records and be prepared to supply to me:

  31. Union Jack Oil and a £1 million loan: is it to fund payoffs when the troughers get fired on 26 June? (8 June 2026)

On 26 June at the AGM of Union Jack Oil (UJO) , which I shall be attending waving a proxy paper, the three surviving troughers ( David Bramhill, Joe O’Farrell & Zac Philips) will be voted off the board and new boss Craig Howie will immediately terminate the £120,000 consultancy agreements of poodle Philips and snivelling coward and current NED Graham Bull. In that light the company, which claimed to have cash of c£1.5 million at December 31 2025 has just announced that it has taken out a £1 million loan from Egdon Resources. WTF?

  32. Union Jack Oil: David Bramhill’s other pending payoff – where are the shareholders two swimming pools? (28 May 2026)

Over at Companies House, David Bramhill of Union Jack Oil (UJO) still lists his address as Fircroft, Barton Lane, Berrynarbor, Ilfracombe Devon. As it happens Brammers looks to be set for at least one enormous payoff this year as the house appears to have been sold, STC, on the Rightmove website. Hopefully, after he is sacked at the AGM on June 26, he will get a second , smaller, payoff.
