A new scheme to deport 50 a week back to the land of the cheese eating surrender monkeys is being hailed as one that will “make a difference” but given that c800 have arrived each week from France so far this year it clearly will not. Migrants know that their chances of being sent back to France are only 1 in 16, so why not gamble? Those are great odds. I sense most Brits can see through this.
