AIM pass the monitoring of companies on to the NOMAD and wash their hands of any responsibility. What more could you expect from a flawed model?
They are dinosaurs at AIM reg with their heads stuck up their arses, times have changed, the market has changed & rogues have become more sophisticated, but AIM employ the same criteria from 1995!! When will they realise that the NOMAD is conflicted!
Here is a thought – let NOMADS review each others client files and publicly publish their findings quarterly. AIM reg then do a test sample – if the reviewing NOMAD is found wanting or in collusion, fine them a maximum of twice and kick them out on the 3rd offence. Its an independent review and investors can take comfort from that. In the case of Phorm it would have been delisted a long time ago and many would not have been burnt.

the absolute jaw dropping fact here is that they managed to extract and spunk away $317 million…… from so called institutional shareholders. The CEO must have kissed the blarney stone with some vigor for him to hypnotise investors to part with such volumes of cash…. over and over and over again.

What DID happen to the Russian assets when Phorm pholded? At least one of the russian domains imarker.com is apparently for sale for nearly $4,000. Who owns the rest? Why is iMarker website still live and kicking when phorm.com and phluidmedia.com are offline because the hosting fees weren’t paid? Who is paying THE iMarker.com/imarker.ru hosting fees? Check out imarker.com, imarker.ru, imrk.net, imrkcrv.net . Why did Phorm never properly announce their takeover of iMarker? DO they own it? Or has the main intellectual property been spirited away into iMarker and kept from creditors? Will we ever find out? Surely the creditors have a right to know?
