FTSE 100: long term decline is far from over

Yesterday my sentiment indicator turned bearish. I know the FTSE 100 is in bullish mood this morning but this was expected. Don’t forget that the FTSE was up 10% in 11 days at the recent high. Such a move has stimulated the bulls, they think the bull market has resumed. Well they will be disappointed, the move up currently underway is a dead cat bounce.

Thierry, Yes agree, the manipulators are spoofing the market again, for their ulterior motives, today is a classic case.The market is up in spite of obvious downward signals, and share price movements are just an instrument of that manipulation, to guide investors accordingly.

If it does arrive at 4000 after peaking at near 7000 that would be the third time it has done that in a row.

It seems to be really rare for the market to ever repeat itself three times in the same way so I expect things to work out completely differently this time around – but I have no idea in what way it will surprise us!
