Ultimately Fertig is right. MTV was always a complete POS and was always going to go bust no matter how much or how little the board lined their own pockets as a reward for failure. Indeed had they robbed the company by more they would have gone bust much earlier denying Bergen the opportunity to convert and dump so many shares on hapless PIs.
Will Fertig and the rest of the useless board now be struck off as directors? Not on your life, they will be free to start up another POS and do it all again.
