Motive TV (MTV) was as of Friday night without a Nomad. It says that it is talking to advisers to find a replacement for Sanlam but if cannot its shares will be suspended from the AIM Casino at the opening bell tomorrow. In one month if no Nomad is prepared to sacrifice its reputation for cash, the shares will be booted off the casino for good. So what do you think will happen. Vote now in our latest poll - deadline 7AM Monday.

It won’t happen on Mon morning, but I don’t think the creditors are going to wait the full month and will call in the administrators in before 14 Mar.
The precise wording of the announcement on Fri was interesting:
“The Company remains in active discussions with potential replacement nominated advisers and although these discussions are progressing and the directors are hopeful there is no guarantee”
The use of advisers rather than an adviser suggests that they have not found anyone who has agreed to start the due diligence. Also the use of hopeful rather than confident suggests that there really is no hope, but they had to say something meaningless to enable Bergen to keep dumping. The fact that this announcement was not put out before market open on Fri also suggests Sanlam forced them to put it out when they saw mug punters piling in as cannon fodder for Bergen.

I don’t see how they could qualify for ISDX:

And if they haven’t found a replacement AIM nomad in 3.5 months, that ain’t about to happen either.
The correct answer is missing from your poll. Citigroup Global Markets Ltd will call in the receiver and take ownership of any assets worth anything:

Simple Moving Avarice
Or MTV is bought by a second-hand car dealer and is now on the forecourt with a price of £18999, one careful owner, no MOT.

Just the standard RNS from AIM REG; the company has nothing new to say to its trapped shareholders – not surprised and would have voted for it had it been an option.
Perhaps another poll to guess the date when Administrators / Receivers are called in. My guess is 29 Feb.
