Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares

Today is Sefton Resources’ (SER) last day as a publicly traded company. In a shock email to one aggrieved shareholder, recently installed CEO Clem Chambers has admitted that the EGM requisitioners did not have a replacement nominated advisor to take over from Allenby Capital. This is despite all the public claims and propaganda to the contrary. Shame on all involved. Their reckless actions have destroyed Sefton and it’s the company’s innocent shareholders who have been made to pay.

Simple Moving Avarice
Given the language he uses (“frankly I don’t blame them” and “Sefton is part of that ‘clean-up’ “) I’d say that any AGM now will simply be to wind up the company. Doesn’t sound as if he feels any need to promote the company any more.

Can they use what money left to prossicute Chris Oil. What a complete fucking scum bag. The guy should be investigated FULLY (share prophets has ALL the evidence … USE IT!) by the FCA, Times, Watchdog. I’d like to see him on Jeremy Kyle against an angry mob on the “you stole my fucking money you cunt” episode, failing that Jeremy Vine? Ah whats the point.

Spud ………..I think the point is very clear and a wonderful illustrative lesson to all who enter the AIM casino .
1) Dont invest / gamble more than you AND your family can afford to lose ( never go “all in” or “bet the ranch” in moron parlance )
2) Always spread your risk by putting no more than 5% of your investment capital on one individual share holding .

Wildrides the trouble with your 5% rule is a lot of the people throwing money at Sefton have < £1k to play with so £50 isn’t worth dealing so they DO go all in and they DO lose it all. A lot of them still expect them to relist at xxp at some point in the future no doubt. Readers of this site will know it’s not coming back and Chris Oil has lost even more of his Mum’s money.

Wildrides – I disagree with that fella…
I dont think there is any problem with going heavy into companies provided they are not on the – this is a complete ponzi scam list, tooted by the twatteratti on a daily basis, pumped to high heaven on nothing but forum and twatter hearsay with rife made up random rumours so people can hit their targets.
The days of investing like warren buffet are almost long gone and tbh on aim i doubt they ever existed (before my time I’m afraid) but there are companys out there with a justified reason to re rate and why not invest heavy?.. go in large before it does its thing and get out before it starts coming back down… lets keep this simple, that is all you have to do… buy before it goes up get out before it goes down and fuck the noise in between, they are not our companies, we are not in control, there should never be any emotional attachment – thus making it easier to see through the Bul**hit.

Anyone else notice how little fresh money there is coming into the casino.. the bloody house has stole it all, liquidity is shite across the board…
TW / Ben – Not sure if its possible but it would be a good to see an article comparrison chart on the volume on aim now compared to 3-4-5 years ago… Where has that money gone ?! Lol

Cat ……………… I was talking about AIM stocks ………. not the FTSE . It takes an experienced investor to go all in on AIM and not get wiped at some point in their career . Look at all the so called LSE old timer experts who got truly spanked on WSG after treating it like their personal savings bank . There are many ways to skin a cat (ged it) tho ………. and I concede my methods are not for everyone ……..although I did nick them all from pro traders who should know something about safe methods.

okay …….. so folk with only 1K they can afford to lose should :- divide into two stakes of £500 , when your pot has accumulated to £2000 divide into 4 stakes , when you get to £ 8000 pot divide into 8 stakes of £1000 etc etc . Live to fight another day . Stay safe out there
