Did market abuser Chris Oil deliberately lie about having a Nomad for Sefton Resources?

Over the weekend I’ve been sent a couple of interesting screenshots. It seems that market abuser Chris Oil is up to his usual tricks and attempting to rewrite the history of his disastrous intervention at Sefton Resources (SER). At the heart of Oil’s dismal coup was his claim that he had a Nominated Advisor (Nomad) lined up to replace Allenby Capital. As we repeatedly warned at ShareProphets this was not true and Oil now appears to have attempted to backtrack on his false promise. Unfortunately for him he has simply managed to reopen the wound. With Sefton’s inevitable delisting imminent, will shareholders pursue Oil for causing their losses?

Comments

  1. His surname isn’t really ‘oil’.

  2. Now now Ben, he’s merely correcting his spelling. Poor spelling often looks like market abuse.

  3. Did market abuser Chris Oil deliberately lie about having a Nomad for Sefton Resources?

Is Tony Blair a blood thirsty lying toe rag ?

  4. bang to rights

ladies and gentlemen …. we got im

  5. Daniel – it’s actually Oleaginous, but that sounded like too much of a slippery mouthful!

Disclaimer: I can and do not vouch for the accuracy of the above statement

  6. Simple Moving Avarice

I think he has a cast-iron alibi. When he says “with a nomad backing us” he is clearly referring to a lonely goatherd yodelling an accompaniment while he sings ‘I will survive’.

  7. Ben

I remember the almost universal approval of private investors when Sefton announced the appointment of Daniel Levi. Many of us whom were admirers of Daniel, bought into the Sefton story.

Now, as the saga appears to be ending, not only have shareholders lost, but sadly, reputations and friendships, too.

What could have been a wonderful story has thus ended in tatters.

  8. KNACKEROF THE YARD

    Yaaawwwnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn…………

    Tom Winnifrith.

Is there a chance that you could actually get this moron to write about stocks and shares? Tedious to say the least. ‘Bank robber Dan’ ‘Market abuser’ ChrisOil, ‘Dogger’ CaliforniaJoe, for the love of saint peter what has happened to shareProphets? It’s become a ces-pit of spite-fueled dross.

Apart from the fact that Turney is himself a confessed legal highs drug dealer. This venomous cretin has no followers or clout in the market. A nobody. Seriously impacting and detracting from you as a decent journo with a track record that’s second to known.

Don’t expect you’ll publish this but take heed Tom, it’s a real turn off for investors.

  9. Phils take on the Knackerof the yard post. Either

    a) He owns Sefton shares
    b) He is Chris Oil in disguise
    c) He is a fucking idiot
    d) All three

    Answer on a postcard

    Dear Sir

I am sick to my back teeth of reading utter garbage blogs by Ben Turney. When will shareProphets learn that punters like myself want to read about stocks and shares? What has happened to the site? It’s being turned into a child’s playground. The latest blog from Mr Turney is this, http://www.shareprophets.com/views/16407/did-market-abuser-chris-oil-deliberately-lie-about-having-a-nomad-for-sefton-resources?commented=0#c019727

Just one of many child like rants which are not Germaine. Garbage Sir, utter garbage!

Apart from the fact that Turney is sneaking around advfn and LSE posting his bile. You don’t need to be a brain surgeon to spot his guff.

Obviously he’s not a journo so we should give him some leg room, but this is becoming ridiculous. A man with a past history of financially destroying companies (by all accounts 27) and a history of supplying drugs. He’s destroying what credibility the site has.
Can’t you make Amanda the editor? At least she is a professional geogirl with a brain. Turney is witless. It’s embarrassing to read.

The old adage ‘If you pay peanuts you get monkeys’ comes to mind. Faithfully Mike.

  11. KNACKEROF THE YARD

Pretty polly. Says squearkkkkk. Go on Bennyboy sorry i mean tom no sorry i mean phil

  12. “Mike” send us a phone number so we can discuss your comments…

  13. I find this article interesting. If ‘Wanker of the Yard’ doesn’t like reading this completely free article then perhaps he could fuck off and leave it to those of us who do like reading it.

  14. I think that Chris is lovely and swete and peolple shuld lay off him as he is a leg-end in molvern and he culd pick any girl he wanted to….so ther you are jus geloos

  15. Knacker

I have been finding valued shares long before the creation of Shareprophets and I learned the difference between the good guys and the bad donkey years ago. I don’t need Shareprophets to tell me much at all really, but I do need them to try and tell stupid people like you.

If you and others like you didn’t invest in crap companies and the trailer trash that run them, they wouldn’t be on these markets and a shareholder life would be an easier one and more lucrative for us all. Who knows, maybe even an idiot like you would make some money, for a change
