Why won’t convicted armed robber Daniel Levi and market abuser Chris Oil name the Nomad, willing to back their bid to seize control of Sefton Resources (SER)? Levi has form in failing to disclose crucial information, but in this instance his deliberate clouding of the truth has incredibly serious implications for Sefton and its shareholders. If Oil and Levi are successful in their bid to commandeer the company, Sefton will be forced to delist within 28 days, unless they can find a Nomad prepared to commit professional suicide. Only naïve fools are downplaying the severity of this problem and the strong likelihood it is going to happen.

Ben, for the reasons you have stated, the convicted armed robber isn’t fronting this shambolic coup attempt. He is just a shareholder and has as much chance of being re-appointed to the Board as Ellerton has. So a (desperate) nomad might be found if he can be assured that the ex-convict isn’t operating as a shadow director.
But until a couple of days ago, Clem Chambers was apparently unaware that a nomad was needed so it will take them a while to come up with a name – even if they do the prudent thing and start at the bottom.
That said, if they can’t come up with a nomad before the proxy block votes are sent in, then I can’t see anyone voting for the resolutions, apart from the numpties who dreamt them up.
