Disclosure: I own shares in one or more of the stocks mentioned. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
It is well known that ShareProphets has a long-standing business relationship with ADVFN (AFN). Not withstanding this, the Daniel Levi affair has raised a number of questions regarding his relationship with ADVFN, which do require answering. The easy thing for us to do would be to ignore these questions, but it is our responsibility to report on this story thoroughly and comprehensively.

DUCK AND DIVE
His floozy PR bint seems positively moist with sycophancy so maybe she knew. Also licking Hopkins’ balls are ChrisOil and CaliforniaJoker, so maybe they knew. Lenigas has said nothing so probably did know.

I made a point in an earlier posting regarding BMD and ADVFN.
Although the stories about New World and Sefton are interesting and entertaining, you really need to question your sanity by letting yourself become involved.
Sefton must be the most abused company I have known in nearly 5 decades of being in the world’s markets, what makes it even more remarkable is the fact it is still trading.
Surely the best thing that shareholders (are there any left) can do is to let the one person who is in Sefton, who appears to have any decency in her, is to put their faith in Raylene Whitford, and let her quietly get on with it.
I’m half inclined to take a large stake in Sefton, just so Raylene can be left to get on it, and prove to shareholders, near and far, that by investing in proper decent people it is possible to recover even the most impossible of positions.

Ben,
Good work. I saw your write up last week on MXO and noted also that Chris Oil has taken a 4% holding in MXO. The RNS lists the holding through Daniel Levi Associates. Given the question raised today in the Times about the ownership of DLA do you have any view on how it may or may not impact MXO?
