Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares

So much for all the talk of big deals. So much for those assurances that the shares were heading to 1p. So much for the requests to “get behind us” from crony capitalist Brokerman Dan. The man who learned all about stock pumping from the great David Lenigas, has today dumped 60 million of his 86 million shares in Sefton Resources (SER) sending the stock sliding by 25% to 0.27p. This stinks.

It is interesting that the Sefton RNS of 24 February stated “Mr Levi’s compensation package will be reviewed by the Board in April…Mr Levi has indicated that any salary he may be offered would in all likelihood be politely declined.”
It seems Mr Levi is not as polite as they thought.

Can’t argue with any of that. Levi has pumped and dumped and should be up before the beak. No doubt he has a fistful of really good reasons why he had to pump before he dumped but none of them will wash. I thought he was one of the good guys and it turns out he’s just a common or garden crony capitalist.

I see that Levi has just blogged his revelation that you (allegedly) wanted to take £000s of Sefton fees in SER stock at the 0.055p placing price. He accuses you of “vomit churning” hypocrisy and jealousy. No doubt you will set the record straight.
TW Note. The contract agreed for Sefton's UKI stand was that SER paid in either shares or cash at its discretion. The week before the show he offered us shares at the then price (0.24p?) We said if you insist. But then SER paid in cash which was actually preferable. Hope that clarifies the matter. Companies pay 5k to book a stand at UK Investor. You know renting in big halls, flying in Ben Edelman is not cheap and ticket sales do not even cover room hire. We are open about that. I gave Levi a mates rate of 4k. Just to put the record 100% straight.Catempire

Only a few short months ago so many of us were filled with hope and optimism that one of the revolutionary capitalist, a man for the small investor, was taking the helm of a bombed out barely breathing entity.
Many of us climbed on board, never expecting to see our investment again, but the need to demonstrate support to the ideal was overwhelming.
Now for whatever the rights and wrongs of the matter, we have broken friendships and wrecked reputations.
How, immensely sad that things have had to end this way!
