TXO (TXO) has – after two months of searching – failed to find a Nomad to act for it after the resignation of Northland. Consequently it will be boosted off the AIM casino next week.

I will be dropping Tim a line after the official announcement.

Internet Troll to blame – ROTFL Tim and his cronies destroyed the company through their greed and incompetence. Throwing money at the insane Tasmania project and supporting a court case that has no chance of ever providing any money back to TXO are just 2 of the calamitous deals Tim did. It was his desperation death spiral funding deal with Bergen that really trashed the share price this year, not me.

TXOs only reason for existence is to issue confetti on AIM that mug punters buy in the secondary market. They won’t be able to do that on GXG and the company will die sooner or later.

Phil,

There were so many sell signs well before Bergen, but taking death spiral funding is a massive one. An even more massive one is when Bergen pulled out of the 3rd and 4th tranches and demanded immediate repayment of tranche 2. You know a company is really screwed if even Bergen won’t lend to it!

The dumping of shares that Bergen converted post Christmas was interesting. Bergen clearly did a deal for someone to take each batch off of them for a mega low price and whoever that was employed a market abusing troll of their own to to relentlessly spam the boards with false info encouraging people to buy because a new nomad was just about to be appointed and the shares would fly. I reported him to FCA, who as usual did fuck all, and a load of naive PIs are now trapped with shares they can’t sell. Well done FCA! I don’t suppose that it is that “internet troll” Tim is talking about somehow.

The trouble is Tim Baldwin will lie low for a little while then he will be back on AIM with some new crackpot scheme to suck naive PIs in to fund his life style. When he does he will find he has the same “internet troll” warning those naive PIs exactly what they are letting themselves in for. Not that many will listen until after they have lost a fortune.
