Disgraced Aussie promoter Peter Landau has no shame. Investors have lost almost everything on Range Resources (RRL) while Landau has trousered millions via his Okap Ventures Company. Shares in Black Mountain Resources (BMZ) remain suspended. Yet the money grubbing bastard is back for more as he plans, I can exclusively reveal, his next IPO.

I take it you days of thinking Peter was a likeable chap and you were prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt ( can’t remember your exact words) are well and truly over lol. Anyway keep up your good work refreshing to see someone standing up to the system and highlighting the wrongs.

Diamonds are for ever, not ever, forever, all together now.
Diamonds always gets them interested, along with gold, bright and shinny, they can’t resist, that Pete Landua knows a thing or three.
Crafty antipodean, eh

That was a very brief 7 week lapse of judgement for which I apologise I quickly reverted to the default position which earned me a string of lawyers letters from RRL when its shares were 5p.

I remember when your mate Dan disgracefully ramped this all the way to 26p then presumably shorted it, leaving innocent punters holding the screaming baby, did the the same with Matra as well
6 weeks in Strangeways was about 6 years too short I felt

As someone who has worked in Angola for years I can not see the Government handing over a diamond mine
that is likely to make money. Everything there is mega expensive, red tape and back handers galore.

I think it’s about time aim suspended itself, companies can go on about their business for a few weeks, while the whole aim rule book is re-written and a mission statement announced, preferably which will include the banishment of dross like Landau and others who have seriously mis led the market and investors alike for good, on a retrospective basis would be even better. What aim shows, today being a fine example with GATE, is that nobody is in control of anything. The constant shite what comes out on this website (shite being shite we want to know about) is stuff Aim should stop weeks/months before it’s gets revealed here. Tom , I really think you should make a Mark for yourself on Aim and get a job with the useless fuckers, can’t see much wool getting pulled over your eyes. It’s a bloody shambles.
Mark
It seems right now that that the Aim regulators don’t have control over anything, and with that comes no moral obligation.

I wonder how much money Landau has made over the years with all his shady companies in Australia, NZ and UK.
He must be a billionaire by now.

Mark,
There is nothing wrong with the current AIM regs and AIM regs for Nomads; they were both revised in May 14. What is needed is for AIM regulation to enforce those regulations and if they can’t they need to hand the job over to someone who will.
