Tissue Regenix (TRX) has issued an announcement including that it “expects to remain solvent assuming that the resolutions are passed at the General Meeting on 22 December 2025… There will be a matched bargain facility in place from 7 January 2026 for a period of at least a year which will allow shareholders to trade on a matched bargain basis”. What does that likely mean for the shares pricing though, including with that date in January still nearly a month away from now?
Most recently writing on Tissue Regenix (TRX), in October I concluded that hopefully my recent and longer-term warnings were heeded. Now it has announced a “Proposed £17.5m CLN raise, cancellation of Trading”.
On 22 October a new management team at Tissue Regenix (TRX) had the shares suspended at 7p as it pondered the implications of restating 2024 numbers, a warning about 2025 trading and a dire cash position. Today an update and its grim.
“Regenerative medical devices company” Tissue Regenix (TRX) announced results on 30th September including that it was “confident in the underlying business and market opportunities for our leading products and superior technology” despite also “that estimates used for 2024 year-end inventory and cost of sales were inaccurate… This is expected to be clarified in the next month and any restatement will not affect the company’s revenue numbers for FY 2024”. I though noted uncertainty and concern as well as that my ‘“remains confident of achieving profitability at the adjusted EBITDA level for the full year in line”, but how confident to really be of that?’ caution looked to remain valid and to still avoid/sell. Now an announcement; “Statement re. Suspension”!
Most recently writing on ‘regenerative medical devices’ group Tissue Regenix (TRX), at the end of last month with the shares down towards 15p I concluded that my ‘“remains confident of achieving profitability at the adjusted EBITDA level for the full year in line”, but how confident to really be of that?’ caution looked to remain valid and still avoid/sell. The shares most recently closed at 9p and what about them currently further down on an “Update re. FY24 & H125 restatement & Board Changes”-titled announcement?
Most recently on ‘regenerative medical devices company’ Tissue Regenix (TRX) earlier this month with the shares then falling to 25p, I wrote ‘“remains confident of achieving profitability at the adjusted EBITDA level for the full year in line”, but how confident to really be of that?’ which concluded ahead of 18th September-scheduled half year results, still avoid/sell. Instead it’s the results only today and what of the shares, having most recently closed at 21p, currently down towards 15p in response?
‘Regenerative medical devices company’ Tissue Regenix (TRX) has issued a “Half-Year Trading Update” including that it “expects to report a positive adjusted EBITDA for H1 2025”. So what of a share price response currently more than 16% lower at 25p?
‘Regenerative medical devices’ group Tissue Regenix (TRX) has issued a “Conclusion of Strategic Review & Offer Period”-titled announcement including that “the board believes the company's valuation is now at a level which bears no resemblance to the prospects or the typical valuation that a business in this sector would be ascribed”. So a value-creating conclusion to the strategic review and offer period then?
‘Regenerative medical devices’ group Tissue Regenix (TRX) has issued a trading update commencing that it “is delighted to announce that trading in the first half of 2024 has been strong”. So why a far-from-delighted share price response approaching 7% lower to below 70p?
Previously writing on regenerative medical device group Tissue Regenix (TRX), I noted argues distribution agreement ‘delight’. How’s that balance sheet now?. The group has now announced results for the 2022 calendar year, arguing they with it “having delivered on its strategy for growth whilst achieving strong commercial traction”. What does that actually mean financially though?
Regenerative medical device group Tissue Regenix (TRX) has announced it is “delighted to be partnering with Kingsung Medical”for the distribution of OrthoPure XT in China. With its shares currently up by more than 7% on the day at 0.69p – with so many in issue, a £48.5 million market cap, what’s the significance?
Regenerative medical device company Tissue Regenix (TRX) states “following the successful launch of VNEW with ARMS Medical in September 2021, we are very pleased to be continuing our partnership and launching the VNEW Fascia Lata allograft for surgical procedures to support tissue”. So what of a share price response slightly lower to 0.575p?
Previously writing on company which describes itself as “a leading medical device company in the field of regenerative medicine” Tissue Regenix (TRX), in January I questioned “robust financial and operational performance”. So what of now results for the first half of 2022?
