Ten Lifestyle – trading update, how much so “on track to deliver in line with the market’s expectations for the full financial year”?

Ten Lifestyle Group (TENG) has issued a “trading update” including CEO Alex Cheatle emphasising “we continue to strengthen our market position through improvements to our leading customer loyalty platform… The new contracts that we won during the period are expected to launch during H2 2026 and support continued growth… We remain on track to deliver in line with the market’s expectations for the full financial year”. What does that mean relative to the valuation at a current near 70p share price, £67 million market capitalisation?

TENG

Ten Lifestyle Group – “wins new fully digital contract”, but how significant?…

Describing itself as, with “27 years of proprietary expertise delivered from over 20 global offices… the global concierge technology platform driving customer loyalty for financial institutions and other premium brands” Ten Lifestyle Group (TENG) has issued a “wins new fully digital contract”-titled announcement and what of the shares currently responding around 4.5% higher at 75p?

TENG

Ten Lifestyle Group – again “pleased to announce” results, but are they much more ‘pleasing’ than in the prior year?

Describing itself as, with “27 years of proprietary expertise delivered from over 20 global offices… the global concierge technology platform driving customer loyalty for financial institutions and other premium brands”, Ten Lifestyle Group (TENG) states that it “is pleased to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 August 2025” and the shares have currently responded approaching 8% higher to 55p. However, a year ago I noted on then also “pleased to announce” full-year results its share price approaching a two year low… at 57.5p and considered lack of net cash generation suggested still avoid/sell. What about now?

TENG

Ten Lifestyle – states “pleased to announce” full-year results, but what’s ‘pleasing’ about them?

Ten Lifestyle Group (TENG), describing itself as a “global concierge platform driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium brands”, states that it “is pleased to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 August 2024”. However, what then of a current share price at a now approaching two year low at 57.5p?

TENG

Ten Lifestyle Group – fundraise ‘to fund the launch of new contract’, or is it?…

Describing itself as a “global concierge platform driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium brands”, Ten Lifestyle Group (TENG) has announced ‘trading update, new XL contract and fundraise’ news. It initially states the fundraise, at 63p per share, is “to fund the launch of the new Extra Large contract” and what of a share price down by more than 4% in response to 63.5p?

TENG

Ten Lifestyle – emphasises trading growth… but how impressive really is it?

Partner to organisations to provide lifestyle services including travel, dining, entertainment and retail to their customers, Ten Lifestyle Group (TENG) emphasises half-year ended 28th February “c.49% Net Revenue growth on prior year… Record H1 Adjusted EBITDA profitability… Record Active Members of c.316,000”. So what of a current more than 7% higher share price response to 94.5p?

Ten Lifestyle warning shows what utter bullshit earnings EBITDA represent

Ten Lifestyle (TENG) describes itself as a “leading technology-enabled, global concierge platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent” . It is also a great believer in talking about adjusted EBITDA, aka bullshit earnings, begging the question of whether it wants to fool investors or itself. Today it blames Omicron for a “profits” warning.

TENG

Ten Lifestyle Group – trading update, is it ‘well positioned’ for anticipated travel & leisure pick up?

Ten Lifestyle Group (TENG) “is pleased to announce a trading update ahead of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 August 2021”, with the announcement including that recent activity across many of its core service categories and supplier revenue has recovered to levels above the same period in 2019. The shares are though slightly down to 105p, and comparing to end-2019 134p, so is there value?...

TENG

Ten Lifestyle – “slightly ahead of market expectations”… so why further share price decline?...

Ten Lifestyle Group (TENG) has updated including that it “expects to report Net Revenue that is slightly ahead of market expectations of £43.3m… Adjusted EBITDA profit is expected to be slightly ahead of market expectations of £4.5m”. However, already down from a start of 2020 134p, the shares are currently slightly further lower at 82p...

I am confused. Can I claim PIP for that?Markets are nervous.Should we all be buying gilts as the US seems to be finally buying the 10 year treasury? From a low of 3.92% to a high of 5.368% on th 7th of October. Then all of a sudden it is 4.957% intra day.AI is probably managing these trades! The word crash/correction is on every finance channel, could the algo learn from this? When you look at charts 50% downside in any stocks is possible. All of a sudden I like cash and the idea of spending it and enjoying things.I think Monday I will go and look at a new car or nearly new.
