System1 Group – what of a fifth and now “final” offer from Brave Bison?
Having already made four offers to acquire System1 Group (SYS1), what of now an “increased… fifth and final offer” from Brave Bison Group (BBSN)?
Having already made four offers to acquire System1 Group (SYS1), what of now an “increased… fifth and final offer” from Brave Bison Group (BBSN)?
Marketing decision-making platform group System1 (SYS1) has noted an offer document posted by Brave Bison Group (BBSN) and what about “the board of System1 continues to unanimously and unequivocally reject the cash and share offer and the alternative offer”?
Marketing decision-making platform group System1 (SYS1) has noted a “Possible Offer” announcement from fellow AIM-listed Brave Bison (BBSN) and that it considers it “materially undervalues System1. The board unanimously and unequivocally rejects”. What about this with shares in System1 currently 2.6% up at 313p in response?
Marketing decision making-focused System1 Group (SYS1) has issued a “Trading Update” headlined “Growth in Platform Revenue in Q3 over first two quarters - FY26 guidance maintained”. What about currently a bit higher share price response to above 220p, but still down from 240p when I previously wrote on it in October?
Marketing decision making-focused group System1 (SYS1) has issued a “trading update” with its CEO James Gregory emphasising “we have made good progress in the focus areas of Innovation, the USA and winning with the world’s largest brands - and this in the face of reduced market research spend by a number of our large clients. October is looking strong, and the company continues to trade in line with the guidance we gave in the 23 September 2025 update”. The shares have currently responded more than 11% higher to 240p, but what of that still comparing to above 400p as recently as last month?
Most recently on marketing decision-making platform group System1 (SYS1), in July with its shares still 390p I wrote ‘argues client caution is due to trade tariffs and believes effects to be “temporary”, but sufficiently ‘temporary’ to now meet expectations?’ and concluded to avoid. The shares most recently closed at 400p, but what about today a “Trading Update” and the shares currently down to below 270p?
Most recently writing on marketing decision-making platform group System1 (SYS1), in April with the shares falling to 465p, I concluded that house broker Canaccord Genuity retained a current year £5.9 million adjusted pre-tax profit forecast on revenue rising to above £45 million but I reckoned there already clear evidence of the likely impact of the volatility in global markets which suggested avoid/sell. What of today “delighted to report” results for the group’s year ended 31st March 2025 and a “Trading Update”… and the shares currently approaching 10% further down in response at 390p?
