Supply@Me Capital - Nuburu misses payment deadline yet again

Yesterday I predicted that technically insolvent fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) would fail to receive its scheduled $1,200,000 from technically insolvent fraud Nuburu Inc (US:BURU). and this morning Supply has fessed up that the payment was not received. I imagine that wth alessandro Zamboni running both firms this was not a last minute shock.

Alessandro Zamboni’s Nuburu borrows more money at interest rates even loan sharks might think are excessive

Nuburu (US:BURU) has been busy scrabbling around trying to find the cash to pay its various obligations including the $300,000 is recently paid Alessandro Zamboni’s insolvent fraud Supply@Me Capital (SYME). On 1 July it filed two form 8Ks announcing the latest deals it has entered into. The first is another transaction connected with preference shares already issued by the company and in existence at 31 December 2024.

Supply@Me Capital – another rat leaves the sinking ship

According to the 2023 Annual Report from the insolvent fraud Supply@Me Capital (SYME) at 19 April 2024, there were 17 employees comprising 16 permanent and fixed term contractors and 1 day rate contractor (excluding the independent Directors).

SYME

Supply@Me Capital - will Nuburu Inc fail to pay up on time (again) on Monday?

According to its RNS of 11 June when it fessed up that insolvent US fraud Nuburu (US:BURU) was $2 million in arears on its $5,150,000 on its On Demand Facility, the insolvent UK fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) is due to receive $300,000 on or before Monday 23 June under the revised funding plan. The RNS included the following text suggesting payment was dependent on the events occurring at Nuburu:

The insolvent fraud Supply@Me Capital - Nuburu delays payment of funding again!

In today’s dismal announcement the insolvent fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) indicated that between 2 and 11 June it had received the final $130,000 of funding originally due by 31 March 2025 from related party insolvent fraud on Nasdaq Nuburu (US:BURU). Nuburu still owes $2,000,000 due on end of April and May. Nuburu which is obviously strapped for has also rescheduled other payments, so that full funding is now due by 20 September as opposed to 31 August 2025.

SYME

Supply@Me Capital and a lack of funding update

In today’s RNS, technically insolvent Supply@ME Capital (SYME) ‘fessed up that the $1 million due on 31 May under its funding facility had not been paid by cash strapped and technically insolvent Nuburu (US:BURU). Nuburu is now $2,130,000 in arrears on its Supply on demand funding

Supply@Me Capital- should Bright Grahame Murray issue a disclaimer audit opinion to enable 2024 accounts to be published?

The recent RNS from Caracal Gold (GCAT) publishing the audited results for the year to 30 June 2024 was interesting because it contained a rare disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements by the auditors RPG Crouch Chapman in respect of the the lack of sufficient and appropriate audit evidence to support the going concern basis of preparation adopted by management which if inappropriate would have highly material impacts on the accounts.

Letter to Robert Moore: time to come clean on the Supply fraud

Accounts from the insolvent fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) are now 19 days overdue and it is still insisting that is down to auditors Bright Grahame Murray making final checks. I have written to BGM’s managing partner Robert Moore flagging up weekend revelations and why he must now resign and make it clear that the accounts cannot be signed off

SYME

BREAKING: Nuburu: convertible lender charged by SEC for breaching securities law, another question for Supply’s auditors Bright Grahame Murray

Oh dear, oh dear, as disgraced ex tipster Mike Walters would say when yet another of his share tips was shown to be an insolvent fraud. Supply@ME Capital (SYME) is an insolvent fraud and its shares are suspended as tinpot auditors Bright Grahame Murray have still not signed off on the books. Now it has another problem. A big one!

SYME

NUBURU and another joke release, will it convince Supply’s tinpot auditors to sign off?

Shares in the insolvent fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) have now been suspended for 13 days because of its failure to get tin pot auditors Bright Grahame Murray to sign off on what will be a work of fiction, that is to say the calendar 2024 accounts. Supply insists this is just last minute bean counting, the reality is that Bright will not sign off an insolvent company’s books when the only source of funding is Nuburu (US:BURU) which is itself insolvent and has welched on agreed funding commitments. Will the latest filing from Nuburu hoodwink Bright unto signing off?

SYME

Insolvent fraud Supply@Me Capital, boss Zamboni is talking to himself again, hearing voices as Nuburu welches again

This morning, Alessandro Zamboni of Supply@ME Capital (SYME) explained in an RNS that Nuburu (US:BURU) where he is Executive Chairman is “facing certain technical and regulatory limitations in complying with the original payment schedule”. Apparently Supply ( Alessandro) is, according to the RNS talking to Alessandro on behalf of Nuburu. Whatever…
