Which two recent managerial appointments for companies in or close to the FTSE-100 have the scope to really surprise? Serco (SRP) and RSA Insurance Group (RSA) look like the most likely candidates to me, as I explain below.

We can also laugh our socks off!A move to the main market? Eventually.Usually this kind of announcement would see a 50% to 20% plus jump. With BBMs jumping in, even they do not believe.

The cash contingencies have been spent 10x over; is it for diesel, is it for delays, is it for further exploration, is it in place of funding that wasn't available from ethio bonds; is it for further security enhancements or anything else. The list is endless.Harry will raise for this; don't forget not so long ago Harry was receiving sealed bids for the Saudi assets which never materialised and ended up just giving up more of the ownership. Harry has to go as you say. It's endless troughing. The maths is good but right now; 153 trades, the market doesn't care.

Ocado has had a very good run over the last 3 months and is up nearly 80%. It’s off a bit and any general market sell off is going to hit anything considered a tech stock especially hard. I’d say it looks a good call to short.
