SmartSpace Software – recommended offer, a deal it should be “pleased to announce”?

SmartSpace Software (SMRT) is “pleased to announce” that it has agreed a cash offer for 90p per share from Florida-headquartered ‘workplace enablement’ software and analytics company Sign In Solutions Inc., stating that it “believes that the cash offer would provide SmartSpace shareholders with an immediate realisation of this future value potential in cash at an attractive premium to the undisturbed share price”. How “attractive” does the recommended offer look?

SMRT

SmartSpace Software – now “considering Skedda's proposal”, but doing so reluctantly?…

Technology for ‘space management’ company SmartSpace Software (SMRT) has stated that it “notes the announcement released yesterday by Skedda Holdings, Inc…. it has received an additional unsolicited conditional proposal regarding a possible cash offer by Skedda for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of SmartSpace at a price of 82 pence per ordinary share. The board of SmartSpace is considering Skedda's proposal with its advisers and the company is continuing to consult with its major shareholders”. What of this from a current 72.5p SmartSpace share price?

SMRT

SmartSpace Software – “pleased to announce” results. Er, what’s so ‘pleasing’ then?

Previously writing on software for ‘smart’ buildings and commercial spaces company SmartSpace Software (SMRT), in February with the shares up to 48p I concluded that a not comfortable balance sheet position, ‘jam tomorrow’ still to be delivered and a £13.9 million market cap meant I continued to avoid. The shares last closed at 53p, but are currently down towards 45p on the back of full-year results – so what position is the company in now?

SMRT

SmartSpace Software – interims, sufficient liquidity to reach net cash generation?

Previously writing on “leading provider of 'Integrated Space Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces' visitor reception, desks and meeting rooms” SmartSpace Software (SMRT), in August with the shares down to 43.5p I noted that the financials and valuation saw me continue to avoid. The shares have currently responded to results for the half-year ended 31st July 2022 today slightly higher to 38p, so what now?

SMRT

SmartSpace Software – notes return to offices benefit, but how much?...

‘Smart’ buildings and commercial spaces software company SmartSpace (SMRT) is “pleased… results for the full year ending 31 January 2022 are expected to be slightly ahead of market expectations” and “excited by the opportunities that lie ahead”. The shares have responded up to 73.5p, but why does that compare to above 180p as recently as July?...

This Niche Outfit that Keeps Up with Changing Life at the Office Could Be a Winner

Hello Share Sharers. Due to Covid, the better sort of company is looking for new ways of doing things in its offices. An AIM-registered outfit that specialises in that sort of thing is SmartSpace Software (SMRT). It provides software which enables companies to make the most of their buildings and workspaces. That cuts office expenses and makes employees want to keep on working there.

SMRT

SmartSpace Software – full year “in line with market expectations”. Er...

‘Smart’ buildings and commercial spaces software company SmartSpace (SMRT) states that it “is pleased to announce a trading update… the group has been progressing its objective to build a high growth SaaS business with strong recurring revenues and consequently, expects that results for the full year ending 31 January 2022 will be in line with market expectations”. At a current 75p share price, why though are the shares down from above 180p as recently as July?...

You are the last person who would know anything about statistics, accurate ones anyway. Something like 90% of those who came from outside the EU in the 'Boris Wave' are claiming benefits. You don't have to go far anywhere on the internet to see migrants boasting about coming here for the welfare benefits. Here are some accurate stats for you. 6.6 million people claiming out of work benefits and only approx' 780000 jobs, a number which will only fall due to AI and Labour's trashing of the economy. There are almost no legitimate jobs for migrants here. Regarding NEETs these are the people we need to train up not migrants many of who have no education and no ability to speak the language, you cannot train the untrainable.

I wouldn't bother to learn Welsh, a useless language unlike all others, if I were you, it will waste so much of you time other than to get your lad into cult, sorry school. Better to suck it up once a month and listen to all that BS sanctimonious crap at the church.

Mathieson needs to be in jail as much for his own protection as others because one day he might well pick on someone who is not a nice as you Tom, someone who doesn't bother with the court system if you know what I mean. I've never seen anything quite like this, any shred of credibility he may once have had is well and truly gone.

Every time a property is sold in the U.K. ,Hmrc are given a report which tells them who the council tax payer is and who who owns the property . Very easy money for Hmrc to collect for those who did not declare it.The reality is that Hmrc only check a sample of these returns so if you did not pay the tax that was due you will more than likely get a way with it.I doubt that this guy will ever be prosecuted by anyone who is “ looking “ into it.

I don't suppose he really cares. No-one is doing anything about his wrongdoings apart from 'looking into them'. My guess is that his ill-gotten gains are far out of reach of HMRC so when it all comes to an end, as it must, he'll just disappear.
