RegTech Open Project Plc – a case study in covering your tracks, finally struck off, 60 million quid up in smoke

RegTech Open Project Plc (RTOP) has now been dissolved at Companies House on 29 July 2025. Despite being incorporated on 10 March 2023 and listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 25 August 2023, it never filed any audited accounts. It managed to avoid filing deadline for its first period end accounts to 31 December 2023 by changing its period year end to 30 June 2024 and then delisted the company and then never produced any audited accounts.

BREAKING: RegTech Open Project: now only 1 rat left and it’s Zamboni

At Companies House Vineeta Manchanda-Singh, the final independent Director of Regtech Open (RTOP) has now terminated her Directorship with effect from 13 January 2025 leaving Alessandro Zamboni as the sole Director. So what if this is against the law, laws are for little people aren’t they Zamboni?

Regtech delisted today, accounts now overdue; another milestone in the collapse of the Alessandro Zamboni white collar crime empire & more shame for Zak Mir

Oh dear, poor Zak Mir, one less fraud for him to promote as his own shitty business collapses. Today marks the formal delisting of Regtech Open (RTOP) from the main market and its accounts for the year to 30 June 2024, its first as a listed company, are now overdue. Don’t hold your breath

GOTCHA! RegTech Open Project to delist, next stop administration?

Folks cannot say that they were not warned. Following on from the Dispensa (DISP) fraud which I also exposed ad which delisted and will soon go into administration, now Regtech Open (RTOP) another member of the Alessandro Zamboni/Dominic White crime stable has said that it will delist. Next up the insolvent fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME)?

Reg Tech Open Project – how long before winding up orders are received or the Directors or its regulators finally do the right thing and put Reg Tech into administration

Long suffering shareholders in Reg Tech Open (RTOP) have been given no update on the current state of the Reg Tech finances since the funding update of 14 June 2024. No notification has been given as whether the purported funding of $1.5 million due by 14 June 2024 had been received subsequently. Its shares remain suspended.

Kerboom; Regtech Open auditor resignation letter!

The Reg Tech Open Project (RTOP) auditor resignation letter dated 28 June 2024 has now been filed at Companies House. The is dated the same day as Regtech announced that Alessandro Zamboni had failed to pay promised $1.5 million and Regtech requested the suspension of its shares.

GOTCHA! Regtech Open: CEO walks less than 10 months after joining, market rules breached AGAIN

If this red flag does not make folks still invested in Regtech Open Project (RTOP) and its sister fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) think again then they are, quite simply, incapable of thought. Ian Halliday-Pegg joined as CEO on August 16 last year, nine days ahead of the IPO with a fraudulent prospectus. Today, less than 10 months later, he has resigned with immediate effect.
