RM plc – sale of Technical Teaching Solutions business, still a sum-of-the-parts Buy

RM plc (RM) has announced that it has sold its ‘Technical Teaching Solutions’ business with it receiving an initial payment of £32.6 million and emphasising it “enabling us to capitalise on the high growth, global opportunities in digital assessment and to enhance our educational IT services business”. What about this from the valuation at a 99p share price?

RM

RM – interims, still a “transformation programme” Buy

Education sector focused technology and services company RM plc (RM.) has announced results for its half-year ended 31st May 2026 headlined “Transformation programme continues to yield financial improvement”. How does the financial improvement compare to an 89p share price, £87.3 million market cap?

RM

RM plc – full-year results, “progressing with the work… that will help facilitate disposals” and, we believe, value realisation

RM plc (RM.) has announced its results for the year ended 30th November 2025 and that it is “progressing with the work required to deliver the legal and operational separation of divisions that will help facilitate disposals and unlock future cost savings”. The following is why we also expect that to unlock value from the valuation at a current 98p share price.

RM

RM plc – trading improvement and strategic progress value

Recent 101p offer price tip, RM plc (RM.) has issued a trading update including emphasising an expected adjusted operating profit increase of c.34% versus its prior year and that it “is actively progressing its strategy to simplify the group’s business and dispose of non-core assets, and has continued to progress separation activities”. What’s the outlook now with the shares currently up to 111p, a £108.9 million market cap, in response?

RM

RM plc – a post-placing strategy Buy

Recently RM plc (RM.) announced a £13.5 million placing at 95p per share and that it “received strong demand and was significantly oversubscribed”. That is supported by the shares now being at just above 100p, but the reasoning behind the placing suggests there could be much further upside ahead.

RM

RM plc – “pleased to provide” trading update. How ‘pleasing’ is it?…

Describing itself as “a leading global educational technology, digital learning and assessment solution provider”, RM plc (RM.) states that it “is pleased to provide an update on the company's anticipated results for the year ended 30 November 2023 and progress of the Consortium business closure”. How ‘pleasing’ is the update, with the shares currently at 56p in response?

RM

RM plc – agrees additional IPv4 addresses sale, though just how significantly does this “strengthen the balance sheet”?…

Describing itself as “a leading international supplier of technology and resources to the education sector”, RM plc (RM.) has announced that it has agreed to sell an additional portion of its Internet Protocol v4 addresses, though “retains the rights over a further c.213,000 IPv4 addresses, which will support growth in RM Technology’s connectivity business”. What of, in response, a current 59p share price?

RM

RM plc – covenant waiver, but this one for how long?…

RM plc (RM.) has issued an announcement which it commences by stating is “an update on the successful renegotiation of a short-term unconditional covenant waiver with its lenders” and includes that its lenders “continue to support RM as it implements its transformation programme to reduce its net debt and return the company to growth and profitability”. What is the detail of this and what of a current 61.5p share price?

RM

RM plc – interims disappoint, can “strategic roadmap” and lender renegotiations deliver sufficiently from here?

Previously writing on technology and resources supplier to the education sector RM plc (RM.), in November with the shares rising to 45p I questioned how much confidence to have in its argued “opportunity presented by the growth in larger school groups and the increasing use of technology” and its ‘strategic transformation’ funding. The shares most recently closed at above 70p but what of them currently back to near 50p following half-year results?

My Prediction is that regardless of the outcome it will make very little difference to President Trump. He has consistently shown that he can get round any road blocks that are put in this path. With regards To Iran ,America / Israel have completed underestimated Iran. Therefore i suspect that Unless Trump drops a nuclear Bomb on Iran it will come down to who blinks first.A) The cumulative pressure on the regime may lead to the regimes sudden collapse.B) If the Bombing campaign resumes Iran have plenty of cards to play. Its a brave man who is able to predict the short term price it could move to 60 or 150 very quickly.
