I guess if you are in the Rowland family you do not give a FF about the rules. Like father like son. But I had thought that advisors Peterhouse were not complete and utter scumbags. Maybe I was, as is my wont, just too charitable.
A week ago I wrote about the latest update from Mode Global Holdings (MODE), stating that it was unable to secure any new funding, and I concluded that this likely meant a wipe-out for equity holders and that you should avoid it all costs. Some have tried to pump it, saying it was actually worth multiples of the 1.25p that it crashed to and that I was wrong and the EMI licence that it holds, and which basically enables its app to offer the financial services that it does, is actually worth a fortune and buyers would be queuing up for it.
Writing bear pieces about any share tends not to make you very popular with people who are invested in that company, to the extent that some feel the need to engage in personal abuse, or even threats, so it is always nice to see your opinion ( and in this case, that of TW too) vindicated!
Jonathan, son of Spotty, Rowland is, as I demonstrated yesterday a bit of colourful old troll. Today his company, Mode Global (MODE) issued an RNS which is surely indicative of rule breaking. But rules are only for little people are they not?
Jonathan Rowland the son of the colourful “Spotty”, and the founder and boss of crypto-shite play Mode Global Holdings (MODE) has been deleting some tweets of late, notably those where he trolled Gary Newman for suggesting that shares in his promote, masquerading as a company, were grossly overvalued. Over the past year the shares have collapsed by 91% and now trade at just 3.2p. In light of that, perhaps investors might wish to review some of Rowland’s tweets he forgot to delete, as we have now saved them for posterity. Oddly Rowland is not tweet ramping these days, I can't think why. Enjoy.
As many of you reading this will know, I’m not exactly a fan of Mode Global Holdings (MODE) and even less so after its latest antics where it hasn’t exactly gone out of its way to inform investors about its latest fundraise!
Mode Global Holdings (MODE) is typical of many small technology companies in that it burns through cash at an alarming rate whilst trying to grow its revenues to any sort of meaningful amount.
