ELCO

Eleco – emphasises “Record ARR and Strong Organic Growth” but what about the bottom-line?

‘Project management, estimation, building information modelling and property management’ software company Eleco (ELCO) has issued a “trading update” headlined “Record ARR and Strong Organic Growth” and the shares are currently approaching 14% higher at 131p. However, what about this, with it also only just up on the 129p when I previously wrote last month?

ELCO

Eleco – argues “continues to deliver on its growth strategy”, but what does it mean financially?

‘Project management, estimation, building information modelling and property management’ software company Eleco (ELCO) has issued an “AGM Statement and YTD FY26 Trading Update” announcement commencing that it is “pleased to report the continued progress in the group’s business performance over the first four months of the 2026 financial year. Eleco continues to deliver on its growth strategy and to be well positioned for the future in the markets it serves”. So what about a current 129p share price comparing to above 160p a year ago?

ELCO

Eleco plc – AGM trading update, is it right to be delighted with “progress”?...

Serena Lang, Non-Executive Chairman of construction software company Eleco (ELCO), is “delighted with Eleco's progress in the first four months of 2022” and emphasises “underlying demand for Eleco's products remains strong as the construction industry moves towards a more sustainable future, digitisation of the built environment and improvements in productivity… the board remains confident in delivering results in line with market expectations for the full year”. So what of a current share price fall to 88.5p?...

ELCO

Elecosoft - not only has the main guy gone but also, for reasons unexplained, the auditor has changed. More Red flags vicar?

As you know we  have been big bears of AIM promote Elecosoft (ELCO). There were so many red flags when we published a major bear report HERE including Stockopedia of Wirecard, Globo & Quindell infamy having it as atop pick, Vox Markets promotion and highly aggressive accounting. They mounted when ElecoSoft started threatening legal action. Since then the chairman and founder has walked and now this.

ELCO

Massive new bear dossier on AIM "darling" Elecosoft

A new research house specialising in AIM stocks launches today with a damning 100+ page report on Elecosoft (ELCO), a darling of the Casino. Shares in this company are rated highly by Stockopedia (always a red flag), and are being pushed aggressively to retail investors via outfits such as Vox. But the report from Ciphersense Research is damning. Related party deals, uber aggressive accounting, shocking corporate gvernance, executive greed, a rotating door of FDs, pointless acquisitions, failure to file subsidiary accounts. All is exposed.

ELCO

Elecosoft – in light of H1 performance looks forward with confidence, so why a share price decline?

Technology provider to the architectural, engineering, construction and digital marketing industries, Elecosoft (ELCO) has announced results for the first half of 2018 and that “in light of the company's first half performance, we look forward to the remainder of 2018 with confidence”. The shares have currently responded, er, more than 5% lower, towards 80p?…

So people warned of a hurricane / cyclone / typhoon through 5 channels are significantly LESS likely to take action than those warned through 4???Sorry, I'm calling cobblers on that. There are clear anomalies around statistical significance calling that whole chart into question.

Excellent analysis as always. We have the Budget this week and the only thing that I can see to help keep this show on the road is a massive cut in Stamp Duty to kick start and propel the housing market forwards. Prices shouldn’t go any higher because interest rates are relatively high but greater transaction increases would mean lots more work and money sloshing about. Estate Agents, removers, cleaners, home DIY projects, extensions, carpets, garden designers - the list of winners goes on and on - and all because of transaction growth. I know it’s tricky but scraping Employees NIC and adding it to income tax would bring in loads of money!

Where miners have a mine where the share price is trading at a huge discount to npv at current gold prices and are fully funded to build the mine , today there is a huge opportunity to buy in.However nobody knows where the Gold price is going.Jordan correctly told his subscriber's in january 2026 that the gold price would pull back. However he never makes predictions about the future unlike many commentators. He merely projects “potential “ outcomes.

Across SIPPs and ISAs I hold Kefi and Amaroq and AU and BRWM. The only stock showing a loss at present is KEFI.As gold drops below $4000 is the next stop $3000?As markets possibly tank does that see goldminers at 50% off?AMRQ at 50p? AU at $40 or $25? BRWM at 420p? and KEFI 0.1p the discount as not yet a producer? If I panic now am I already to late or am I thankfully early? With my only income dividends, there is little cash to buy new stocks or battered stocks. Is there an ETF to buy for a crash?Keeping all dividends as cash for the moment. A few more dividends due on Friday.Thankfully I have a good stack of beans and a fair supply of wood for the fire.
