Another comeback of China fraud specialist Paul Shackleton is he mad or just bad?
It is all kicking off round at Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust (DSM) on the standard list. Having failed to make a great success of investing in small caps and with the shares trading at a gaping discount to NAV, Downing took the decision to wind itself up, returning cash to investors some time ago and has done very good work on delivering that strategy. But AIM’s erstwhile China fraud specialist, Paul Shackleton, has other ideas.
