“Mobile-first digital media business” including ‘The Tab’, ‘The Daily Mash’, ‘The Poke’ and ‘TV Guide’, Digitalbox (DBOX) has issued a trading update commencing that “in H1 2026, advertising performance, session values and yields have significantly improved year-on-year”, so what about a current 5.25p share price, approaching 17% down?
Describing itself as a “mobile-first digital media business”, Digitalbox (DBOX) “is pleased to announce it has exchanged contracts to acquire the digital assets of The Life Network”. Hmmm – with shares in Digitalbox at 4.3p compared to 11.25p when I most recently wrote and cautioned on them in 2022, it has not been a ‘pleasing’ few years for shareholders and what’s the company’s position now?
