CML Microsystems – trading “ahead of expectations” suggests still winning share tip value

Semiconductors for global communications markets’ company CML Microsystems (CML) has issued an “AGM Statement” including that “a return to operational profitability now looks likely to be achieved earlier in the current financial year than previously expected”. How good is this news from the valuation at a now up to 315p share price - well ahead of our tip price?

CML

CML Microsystems – full-year results, still a recovery Buy

‘Semiconductors for global communications markets’ company CML Microsystems (CML) has announced results for its year ended 31st March 2026 headlined “Strong second half recovery and strategic progress position CML for renewed growth”. How does the performance and outlook compare to the valuation at a current 280p share price?

CML

CML Microsystems – second half improvement, but how significantly?

CML Microsystems (CML) has issued a trading statement including that for its year ended 31st March 2026 it’s “pleased that in the second half, revenue grew by circa 18% compared to H1 FY26 and was also ahead of H2 FY25” and that “a number of industry issues, particularly around elevated inventory levels and supply chain constraints, are expected to show further progress”. So how does the performance and outlook compare to a current 205p share price, £34 million market cap, valuation?

CML

CML Microsystems – mixed interims but emphasised now “improved order intake” suggests a recovery Buy

Semiconductors company CML Microsystems (CML) has announced results for its half-year ended 30th September 2025 and that “improved order intake on both a sequential and comparable period basis supports the view that the group is entering another growth phase”. How are the results and outlook relative to a current 282p share price, £46.8 million market cap?

CML

CML Microsystems – recovery value?…

Shares in semiconductors developer CML Microsystems (CML) were previously featured by us with we concluding when selling that it was amongst the companies we liked from their then share price levels on a longer-term viewpoint but that the macroeconomic and ‘destocking’ environment suggested to us to be highly cautious. That remains so, but the 394p sell price compares to a now 270p to buy, £43 million market cap, and the following is why we consider that the shares offer upside again from here.

CML

CML Microsystems – interims, is it really ‘progress showcasing the resilience and adaptability of the business model’?

Most recently writing on semiconductors developer CML Microsystems (CML), in August with the shares up to 305p I cautioned as its expectations included improvement in customer inventory levels to commence during the second half of the year. What of now the results and statement after its half-year ended 30th September 2024 and the shares currently down towards 230p?

CML

CML Microsystems – “on track to meet market expectations for the year”, but what does that mean financially?

Mixed-signal, RF and microwave semiconductors company CML Microsystems (CML) has issued an AGM trading update commencing that “the group's operating results across the opening four months of the financial year are slightly ahead of the comparable period and are on track to meet market expectations for the year as a whole”. How creditable is that relative to a currently up to 305p share price, £48.9 million market capitalisation?

CML

CML Microsystems – full-year results, how’s the ‘note of caution’ now?…

Previously writing on “semiconductors for global communications markets” company CML Microsystems (CML), in March with the shares down to 320p I concluded its trading trajectory sounded a note of caution ahead of full year results detail and to continue to avoid. The shares most recently closed at 337.5p, but what of them currently down towards 300p on the back of the results announcement today?

CML

CML Microsystems – profit warning, how loudly did it previously ‘sound a note of caution’ really?…

December-announced half year results from “semiconductors for global communications markets” company CML Microsystems (CML) emphasised “the financial and operational progress made during the period has been pleasing and gives the board a great deal of confidence as we continue to deliver value to our shareholders”. That was with the shares then at above 380p, but the HotStockRockets website noted in February industrial markets conditions concern and the shares were sold from the portfolio there at 394p. They most recently closed at 373p… and what of today a “trading update” currently seeing them down to 320p?

CML

CML Microsystems – an ahead of upcoming catalysts BUY

An “AGM Statement” on August from CML Microsystems (CML) included that it “has commenced its new financial year positively and remains on course to achieve a year of further growth and improvements in revenues and operational profit” and is “excited by the growth that a combination of organic and acquisitive growth can deliver”. We concur from current share price levels – with, despite the AGM update, the shares still down from approaching 600p earlier this year to a 440p offer price.

As techies would say, it’s a classic case of bikeshedding…Who cares that some plonker posted clearly AI-slop verbiage on a couple of unmoderated forums? Clearly this is nothing like the case cited involving the physical forgery of documents, and no, a few AI paragraphs are not responsible for moving the share price - the numerous news reports of escalating conflict along with the involvement of Eritrea and Sudan is causing that.

Unbelievable that someone who was a ceo of a listed company and should therefore be a credible and respectable person can act in such an unbelievable and disgusting manner. What is the cash position? Arry himself declared no further drawdown, probably forced by the banks.Little bits and pieces, a £100k loan here and there plus others being paid in shares, surely dilutive apart fromthe failure to report jungle vibes wrt deaths and damageto TK. Moving swiftly onto SA, it is wearing thin. Do try tocease ramping, deaf ears to many, including subscribers.0.3p fund raise on the horizon, Jan?BTW: Appreciate if you send my regards to Lucien, TSLA day trade short (early morning) a must.

Kefi down 50% this month. Down 40% over one year. If there is no pick up in the next couple of weeks they will be down 67% on the year. (The share price spiked mid October last year).Below 0.6p is it time to buy or has this fear set a fall to 0.5p in place? As always anything is possible.I am tempted. I am back in the red. So would be averaging down.

Gaza, Palestinians. Muslim countries do not want them. They are dangerous. Once you let women and children in, soon they will be bringing the partners and other relatives. We should not let one of these people in. Aghans, we have already let millions in. We need not take another one.Iran and Pakistan and other neighbouring countries are sending them back. The immigrants we need are millionaires, real business builders. Not one care worker, not one lazy b******.Each non working immigrant we let in will cost the public purse £1 million over their lifetime.Even those who work may cost us £300,000.Madness. From the party of madness.

This is typical of Labour - they hate the UK and the British anyway. Their modus operandi is to lie to people and especially the "working classsssssssssssssssssss" that they are on their side.Their end game is to destroy the country eventually. Then they will be out with their ill-earned gains. Not to worry, the balloon will eventually go up here in this third world septic isle. The left won't know what hit them.
