Brand Architekts – recommended offer means c45% (and possibly much more) gains, bank the profits?

Hopefully we’ve aided this Christmas for readers with our July last year 32p offer price, and most recently updating this October at 27p, tip – both noting we considered a 45p+ share price quite realistic for Brand Architekts Group (BAR) – as there is now a 48p per share recommended offer for the group and the shares are up to 46.4p to sell. Presently a just under 45%, or most recently over 70%, offer-to-bid price gain then.

Brand Architekts – full-year results, balance sheet-backed recovery Buy

Beauty and personal care products group Brand Architekts (BAR) has announced results for its year ended 30th June 2024 and that it “remain confident that the foundations we are building will enable us to return to profitability”. What about this from a current 27p offer share price, £7.5 million market capitalisation?

BAR

Brand Architekts – full-year trading update, still a balance sheet-supported recovery Buy

Beauty products group Brand Architekts (BAR) has issued a trading update including that its full year to end-June sales are expected to be circa £17 million down from a prior year £20.1 million, but that is in line with expectations as it continues to implement a brand rationalisation strategy and that it “retains a healthy net cash position of c. £7m at the year-end”. What about this from a current 29p share price, £8.1 million market cap?

Brand Architekts – interims, a significant discount to net assets Buy

Beauty and personal care group Brand Architekts (BAR) has announced results for its half-year ended 31st December 2023 emphasising a strategy of deliberate brand rationalisation, portfolio focus and rigorous cost control against the backdrop of a challenging market. How is that trade-off from a current 22p offer price for the shares, just over £6 million market cap?

Brand Architekts – full-year results, an asset-backed Buy

Beauty and personal care products group Brand Architekts (BAR) has announced results for its year ended 30th June 2023, including noting sales growth to £20.1 million and that it continues to make progress on transitioning the business to focus on fewer bigger brands that are margin-accretive.

BAR

Brand Architekts Group – now a recovery BUY

Beauty brand group Brand Architekts (BAR) recently noted a second half of its year ended 30th June 2023 “significant improvement on the performance in H1” and a net cash position of c.£8.2 million. With reasons to consider trading improvement can continue and a market cap, at a current 32p offer price for the shares, of below £9 million, we rate the shares a recovery Buy.

Brand Architekts Group – interims, sustainable and profitable growth ahead?

Previously writing on beauty and personal care products group Brand Architekts (BAR), in November 2019 with the shares around 165p I concluded it means a current market cap of around £28 million, with, after the Manufacturing business disposal, there £24 million net cash and a seemingly profitable owned brands business. Some might thus consider a speculative buy here but, currently with concerns on how it uses the cash pile and the trading outlook, for me it’s on the watchlist. Today “pleased to be reporting” half-year results from the company, with the shares currently at 157.5p, a circa £27 million market cap...

Eclectic Bars – More Crony capitalists meriting a firing squad after the libertarian revolution

I am on an anger roll with the crony capitalists on the AIM casino today. SeaEnergy (HERE) was the first to feel my ire. Next up is the board at Eclectic Bars (BAR). When the great libertarian revolution comes the newly privatised Police force will round these swine up too and – having organised a firing squad as a result of a competitive tender process to select the shooters - these bastards will also be put up against the wall.

Only about 3.5 million files of approximately 6 million Epstein files have been released, and of those released many are heavily redacted by the Trump DOJ in Washington. The answer to your question may be in the redacted and unreleased files. Under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the DOJ is permitted to suppress explicit abuse materials.
