Transport testing, simulation and measurement products and services company AB Dynamics (ABDP) has issued a “Pre-close Trading Update” which it states it “is pleased to provide… in respect of the year ended 31 August 2026”. What of then the shares having commenced the year at above 1400p and currently being below 850p?!

In April I wrote on transport “testing, simulation and measurement” company AB Dynamics (ABDP), ‘interims argue to expect full-year “in line with current expectations”, but how confident to really be of that?’ – concluding with the shares down to 1120p “only the ‘in line with current expectations’ “absent an extended disruption… mindful of the current geopolitical uncertainty”. As such, I currently retain prior caution here and still avoid”. The shares most recently closed at 1066p and what about now a “Trading Update”?
