In part one of this series I established that the flotation of Umuthi Healthcare (UHS) on the Standard List which is regulated by the FCA was organized by a serial fraudster who also made out like a bandit selling shares before and after the IPO claiming they would roof it. But was she acting alone? Did the rest of the board, notably CEO Gert Viljoen and Chairman Advocate Shaun Gresse know about her past? The date has now been set. On 18th January, a judge will, almost certainly, grant Richard Jennings and Align Research a winding up order against Umuthi PLC. Jennings has made 17 agreements with the company to defer payment of a low 5 figure bill and every one of them has been breached. But still Umuthi is trying to list on the Standard List.

After sending a prospectus for FCA approval again and again since 2017, Umuthi Healthcare Solutions (UHS) finally got approval on the 24th attempt and on 4th March this year, its shares joined the Standard List. Six days after listing, its auditors quit, joining two legal advisory firms who had already resigned in the previous 12 months. The shares were suspended and then trading restored on 25th May. They were again suspended on 10th June and look set to never come back as this is the most scandalous of frauds as I shall explain with a series of shocking exposes over the next 48 hours.

Those who read our devastating series of exposes on Umuthi Healthcare (UHS) will have been in now doubt that company brought to market here in London by the fraudster Queen, was a fraud. The real scandal was that the FCA ignored all the red flags to allow a listing. At least, in the end, it gave Umuthi the boot. Umuthi appealed but that appeal was last week rejected.

Read and weep at the lies Gert told to folks sold shares in Umuthi by either him or the Queen of the fraudsters Connie Van Nieuwkerk with most of the cash trousered by Gert or Connie and a bit going to Umuthi.

Eurasia Mining (EUA), of which more later, has already met Roy this week as it became the company to have enjoyed the longest spell ever under a Formal Sale Process without actually getting a bid or admitting there would be no bid. It snatched that record from Best of the Best (251 days) on Thursday morning. But before the late Mr Castle thinks his job is over, I sense Umuthi Healthcare (UHS) may also get to meet him, Norris and, of course, Cheryl Baker, formerly of Bucks Fizz. In doing so, it will show that however many women the FCA promotes it is still useless.
