A measure of safety on a PE of 21 and a PEG > 2? Really Malcolm? Are you sure? It would take a dividend yield far in excess of the forecast 2.88% to tempt me in at these levels. The only thing it’s got going for it on that count is the dividend would appear to be well covered. According to figures from Stockopedia, net debt is at close to £2.7 billion and has more than doubled since 2013.
I’m not knocking the company, but they hardly look a value investment proposition at a share price of £10.59…
