Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Via his PR I have asked Robert Fielding, the CEO of Quindell (QPP) questions about the sleeping arrangements at the recent Quenron management away day at a luxury hotel in the Lake District. No comment is the response. So I tried a different tack

Wonder if Jill Harrison has been using her excellent interpersonal skills a little too well for Mrs Fielding
Note – I am making some huge assumptions that could well be way off the mark!

if anyone asked such a question about any company the answer would be worthy of the question. i,e No comment
Tom entertaining as you might be this is just peurile

I enjoy your battles with Quindell, this is a step too far, pathetic in fact, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Given the scale of the dirty tricks against me that Quenron has engaged in I see no shot as too low. This is fraudsters against the fraud fighters and the fraudsters have to learn that I fight back. I have never claimed to be either a saint or a nice person.

I actually thought it was an amusing parody of the bulletin board constantly demanding rns for everything down to what was eaten for breakfast.
If that was not the aim though then this is a far less entertaining article and I shall put away my smile :(
Rob
Nice balance to the forensic analysis of QPP’s fraudulent accounts. Readers can make there own minds up as the suggestion here, fair enough I say.

This is a tad too far Tom. I know you.ve been through a lot but 2 wrongs don.t make a right. It wasn.t in Langdale perchance? Stacks of footballers around there too.
Graham
Not a lot of point to this ‘story’ Tom. You could disclose that Daniel Yu was tucked up with Robber Terry for the night and the ostriches on the BBs would try and spin it as a positive. The time may have come to move on and let QPP pass away in peace. Just my opinion of course.
Castlewolf_22
They’re fraudsters, manipulated the slack policing of the AIM market once again, they deserve nothing better than everything that comes their way – the shame is with them and what ever loose shenanigans they get up to at the country club, after all, it t’s paid for with QPP PI’s money…..more please Tom, no shame required

Please…… can you really blame those hard pressed, hard working, badly suffering, worried, Quindell executives from apparently, seeking solace from each other’s arms?
After all, its entirely possible that Mr Fielding might be having to learn the true meaning of a pump and dump. sometime, in the New Year, at Her Majesties pleasure!
But, as I’m sure that all Quindell executives are people of the highest moral integrity, any suggestion that marriage vows might have been betrayed is entirely speculative!
And, to even suggest, that any Quindell executive would put their own personal gain or gratification before others is outrageous!

Bit pointless as it hardly affects the SP

And there was me thinking his mind was on rescuing the company. A day in the life of “Carry On Quindell”…shucks
Russ O'Callaghan
Bizarre line of enquiry, Tom; where were you hoping it’d lead to? I can’t imagine it’d lead to revelations of anything “frisky” since the entire management of the Quindell organisation are already, metaphorically speaking, almost close blood relatives.

She looks OK to me.
I would.

Yeah, to be honest I think this is a bit odd. I wouldn’t comment on my sleeping arrangements whether or not they were above board, as it’s very definitely my business. So I can’t see what’s to be gained from this.

Well I have slept with worse ! lol

Tom Winnifrith sleeps with Doc Holliday !!…..Now that would be a good story ! Merry Xmas guys just kidding !

See Winnifraud is now attacking QPP on a more personal basis as he is questioning the sleeping arrangements on a recent Management away day. What a fucking hypocrite given he was shagging some asian bird at Rivington amongst others I am reliably informed! Which was why his faithful wife and mother to his daughter divorced the cheating scumbag.

TW: would you happen to know if there is substance to these allegations?

Yes I left my then wife for another woman. My relationship was declared to fellow directors. I do not claim anywhere that I am a saint or a "good person". Far from it. I accept fully that I have sinned in thought, word & deed.
I accept fully that I run an account deficit with St Peter and that on the day of reckoning I shall have a lot of questions to answer. I can endeavour to reduce that deficit by my actions before that day of reckoning by my actions until then and by apologising for actions taken i the past that are a source of regret. And that I have do frequently and shall continue to do.
If everyone who has themselves sinned in the past is therefore barred from making adverse comment on actions today the world would be a quiet place.
Best wishes

You sound a very jealous man…Did your boyfriend run off with your best mate’s wife?

Tom,
With everything that’s been thrown at you,in my view that gives you the freedom to do and speak as you damn well please…
And the fact of the matter is you’re probably spot on,keep up the good work for the pi fella, these scamming bastards should be held out to dry,i used to imagine them all laughing together as they swindled the small investor who’s just trying to get a leg up in life, now I can imagine them squirming with you outing them.

Morning Tom – I have followed the QPP story for months both as a private investor and latterly through my work-place and I’ve made comments here before.
These recent revelations / allegations into sleeping arrangements (which seem to have started here) whilst falling into a ‘nothing surprises me’ category, are really rather petty. And now there are posters ‘claiming’ CCTV footage exists. Or maybe it’s just someone jumping on your band-wagon. I did ask for an explanation but when I last checked there wasn’t one.
As an article you seem to have got a lot of comments (who says sex doesn’t sell?) but can you add any factual substance to your original question at the head of this thread? Or was it just a rhetorical question?
RICH
I knew a lot of the QPP crowd back in the Lava days. It’s always very entertaining to visit this site and read fearless Tom bashing them. Keep it up mate and Merry Christmas.

alfie: What gave you that idea?
I’ve been a big fan of TW’s coverage of QPP all year but I see no reason for him to stoop this low – it’s like tabloid journalism and it’s playing the (wo)man not the ball.
TW: respect for publishing the comment from ARGY2 and replying. Aren’t you a bit of a hypocrite though doing one thing and saying another?

I am a Rooster Cogburn sheriff. I never say I am a saint. Far from it. I sincerely hope my daughter marries a man who is not like her father.
I make moral judgements on fraud & lying to investors and corporate greed. They are wrong. Who folks shag is up to them. But folks who are guilty of fraud etc deserve to have a 100% miserable christmas and if I can help…

I have greatly admired your investigative research into qwindel and only wished there were other journalists of your type but your article on sleeping arrangements is entirely inappropriate.
Such comments wreck families and can cause great distress to entirely innocent people
You should delete the comment

You mean to say they actually had sleeping arrangements for management . I thought that the delegates usually stayed up all night on these management over nighters to simulate the “pressures of management “ The multi national I once worked for was totally appalling ……… at it like rabbits ……. its a wonder management got any work done at all ……….. If only the wives knew ! Always the PA’s or HR women getting “training” from senior execs .
I have to say though it paled into insignificance compared to an Open University Summer School . Those things are just an excuse for a annual shag fest . If you have any morals at all dont even think of attending one , or you will feel like a nun in a brothel .
