Quindell concedes that in 2011 one customer accounted for 41% of revenue. In Gotham City’s detailed report on Quindell (QPP) it stated that this customer was SMI Telecom. That was the one point where Quindell stated explicitly that Gotham was wrong. For indeed I bet you £5 (that is not £2 + £2, but £5 in case Rob Terry wants to take the bet) that this company was TMC Southern and that this means that 41% of Quindell’s sales were simply round-tripped proceeds of the sale of Quindell shares. Let me explain.

Due to your research, Gotham City’s attack on 22nd April, seems completely vindicated, in fact, its even worse than they implied!
Quindell’s response of 25th April (of 12,300 word’s), would seem to be, at the very least, extremely misleading and disingenuous.
No wonder the market, discounted their ‘explanations’ and the share price has never recovered!
Indeed, QPP, built on Quicksand? Would suggest, a mire of lies, deceit and corruption, nearer the mark!

Why haven’t RT/ QPP sued TW? No company / CEO with nothing to hide would put up with the endless stream of artlcles he has produced. The only way they could potentially stop the flow and therefore the damage is to serve him with a libel suit and seek an injunction against more public articles. Why have they not done this?
Trying to divert attention from this key question with questions about predicting short term movement in the share price is completely disingenuous.
Your question about are the regulators investigating is fair, but as far as I am aware nobody has the answer to that either way. Can you produce on shred of evidence that the regulators have looked at and dismissed what Tom has sent them?
I have sent plenty of complaints about other companies to the regulators, at best you get a non committal answer at worst no answer at all. That does not mean nothing is happening, but I do know the wheels grind slowly.
So back to my question why is the company doing nothing to stop TW, if he is wrong in all his allegations. I have followed his various links and checked the parts of the annual reports he has pointed to and I can’t find a single thing wrong with what he is saying. There are some parts where he is having to make assumptions to join some of the dots and he needs to be careful not to build assumption on assumption, but the fact remains that worthless companies incorporated by mates of Rob Terry were sold to QPP using cash and shares and a significant proportion of the goodwill shown in the balance sheet is not an asset at all.

The shares will trade up, as we all well know. When RT releases his (unaudited) half year statement which will say cashflow is up and will predict that during the next half year they will have revenue of £6 billion billion squillion kerplillion from hearing loss claims and that Rob Terry will be the King of the whole wide world.
And the reason trading will be up is not because of the results. It is because people will think “the results are out, we know they’ll be positive, we know the BB Morons will buy, lets punt a bit of cash before the spike”.
And three days later, once the spike hits the top (I guess £2.05 ish), when all those who bought in sell out, it will be back to £1.50

KB, come the 21st there will be some more fudged figures from RT and I would guess a quick rise, a few % maybe of the back of it. But these forth coming figures from what I’ve read will not be properly audited so of no help really.

Where is TW? He’s researching QPP. Why don’t you do the same. Oh, so you don’t know how to – and you certainly don’t appear to understand TW’s articles if you think they are all the same.
It dosn’t matter much what happens to the share price building up to and soon after the 21st. What matters is where the share price will be in the next few months.
It will be fun to see how long it is befoe QPP withdraws from its legal proceedings.
