No one should have abuse or comments directed at them like that Tom, even if you do come across as obnoxious (and no I am not a QPP holder), you just remind me of people like Jeremy Kyle (and no I don’t watch his show). I do find it distasteful though that you should mention and bring his girlfriend in this though, completely out of order and saying where she works. Terrible. What has she done to you? Trying to shame someone by mentioning their family or intended is out of order and petty in my opinion. But like I say as noone should receive comments like you have.

Absolute disgraceful comment that has no place on what should be informed discussions/debates on shares. I was a QPP holder and lost money. However death threats and juvenile comments only destabilise the actions of those long term holders and make other holders look similarly unstable! Tom, I applaud your tenacity to uncover the truth and ask difficult questions.

Beckwith has form here – he has also boasted online about posting bogus reviews of RMPC to put me out of business.
With folks who do that or worse, my tactic of recent days has been simply to ask if their wife/GF ( they are always male) or boss knows what they are doing?
On reflection they know that of they did they would be shamed. What they do as “desktop warriors” they really would not want the world to know about.
But I am prepared to shame. Beckwith has a limited web presence. His GF a bit more. Now they, their friends & family will know what James has been up to.
I am sure the GF is a sweet girl and am sure his family & hers are decent folks. They will be ashamed & perhaps bring Beckwith back into line.
Hence the publicity.
I shall in due course publish home, family and work details of other folks who have disgraced themself by harassing and defaming me and RMPC in the mistaken belief that it assists the QPP share price.
And it will then be up to their wives, families and employers to consider how to act.

Tom, I do urge you to take this sort of thing seriously and to make formal reports. It might seem to just be sounding off, but with the number of threats that are being made it is quite conceivable that some idiot might actually act on it.
Also, are you doing anything about the false reviews? Have you contacted Tripadvisor? There are some screamingly obvious fake reviews there and they really should be showing some more duty of care.

For the record this person is not a member of the QPPSAG. Although we have differences of opinion with regards to Quindell we would never condone / advocate / allow any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour to anyone.
This is simply put not acceptable.

Re Tripadvisor: Yes I demonstrated bogus reviews with links to the iii BB where folks had boasted of making those reviews.
TA Refused to act and told me “write a reply” which I did saying this is bogus and providing a link to prove it. They refused to publish saying my comment was defamatory.
Ultimately I am grateful to our regulars who love the place and I sense to SP readers such as yourself who have gone in for the odd drink or pizza for ensuring we remain just about profitable.
I hope that other free speech believers will support us with custom.
And that TA goes bust.

The second of which I am sure the journo here recognizes … are equally vile .. along with referring to some people as BB morons. Impartiality as an ethical code for journos – implies to me that it is not a good idea to engage directly with readers nor post their details to include e-mail addresses.
Humbly suggest that the senior journo here avoids engaging with the public on a personal level and sticks to asking relevant questions.

If Sarah had her own website with a wide readership publishing your details, your family details and how to get in contact with your father, wife where they worked etc, would you be happy for her to disclose information to a readership who’d possibly harass them for their own amusement?
Would you be happy if she published details about the staff at Real Man Pizza, where the waitresses partners worked?
You can’t complain about people harassing your staff and family if, when respectfully asked to remove details about someone unconnected to a twitter post, you refuse. It makes you look weak and it makes you look mean

James has threatened the livelihoods of my staff with his bogus reviews. He has threatened my life.
If his world falls apart I have no sympathy. I never said that I was a nice guy.
He is now discovering what an Iron Fist response feels like. If his GF is in tears tonight he has only himself to blame, if his world is in turmoil he has only himself to blame,
I take a very Old Testament Approach to those who threaten me or my staff.
I have sat back and taken this shit for three months now but no more.
I will not retract or budge an inch.
Let this be a warning to others who try to play dirty with bogus reviews of RMPC or threats to me or those close to me. You and your families will receive the same treatment.And worse, if I find out your employer’s details they will also be informed of your activities.

My staff & I have taken this shit for 3 months. Now I am fighting back.
Folks who smear my restaurant, threaten the jobs of my staff or threaten me physically will have the names of them, their families and employers and the nature of their actions pushed out over the internet. Employers and partners will be contacted directly.

we all buy into shite stocks now and again, hang on when they dive south, only pride or foolishness stopping us hitting the sell button! i have lost money on stocks negatively mentioned on this site, but so what, free speech is important. the only person responsible is the person who buys the stock. anyone holding this stock should look at these comments by tom as serious red flag warnings, get out of this stock and save what money you have left!! swallow your pride. this company is sinking fast.

Name & shame, report the morons to the police & as for the poor girlfriend, well I’m sure the pretty little thing will survive, especially as she has so many defenders on here.
