Shares in Ascent Resources (AST) plunged 15% on Thursday to 5.9p and at just after five O'Clock Cadogan Petroleum (CAD) announced that it had pulled out of takeover talks. Surely no insider dealing taking place there. The smell you can detect now is of burning fingers in the Bulletin Board Moron community.

I think all of us sensible investors knew the figures and rising sp was going to cause problems, but seriously why were the shares nor suspended at the time of announcement due to the volatility of the sp.
I Feel sorry for the easily persuaded they are going to get burned, amazingly people are still saying hold (after buying at 8p) as a new buyer will walk in!!
Some people just can’t be told…..

It amazes me how rude and arrogant TW and people who leave comments here are. I have good sources and what that is telling me is that Ascent is a work in progress. I hate obnoxiousness which is what I find TW to be….he seems to hate with a vengengence stupid people….try having some compassion for a change and perhaps people will adhere to you more!

….and before people ridicule me, yes I did spell vengeance wrong!….defining stupid is something which most people find hard to explain. TW does have a moral stance with boring and stupid people, nothing wrong with that as long as you temper it with politeness and not ridicule all and sundry………the head is not bigger than the body in total!
