In my last article o this zombie company I asked whether Halloween would be the final date for TXO? It would certainly look as though the Board of TXO believes it will be. On 20 Oct 15 three of the NEDs walked. They were:

Anyone still holding TXO shares drop me a line at drunken.sailor1@hotmail.com
I really enjoyed holding my few shares in TXO, but sadly got consolidated out. I would like some to hold for posterity and could bring myself to covering your dealing costs through JP Jenkins and a bag of crisps. 2100 shares at 1p would be ideal (sorry even though JP Jenkins have slashed their indicated price from £1 to 60p, following zero trades since listing in Mar 15, 1p is still more than they are worth)

Clean Tech Assets PLC does exist. It was incorporated on 16 April 15. Can anyone guess who the sole director is?
Yes it is Timothy Edward Baldwin.
Timmy has been a busy little boy since destroying TXO and getting it booted off AIM. He has incorporated a number of other new Limited companies recently:
09771302 – Marine Waste Oil Recycling, 09771304 – Cleaner Fuels Limited and 09649496 – Red Squirrel Group.
All have TEB as founding director, but Red Squirell Group has appointed some other directors as well:
Gregory Blesson – Seems to be into the brewery business with Red Squirrel Brewery Ltd – net current LIABILITIES at 30 Jun 14 £49,141.
Jason Duncan-Anderson – Also a director of Red Squirrel Brewery
Peter Wright – Director of 2 festival of music and comedy companies (one is too new to have filed accounts, the other had net current ASSETS of £1,876 at 31 Jan 14) and The Brewery Shop Ltd – above 2 also on the board, incorporated under 1 year ago so no accounts filed yet.
Maybe Clean Tech Assets PLC is intending to use the technology for cleaning out the pipes at the local boozer to clean up the world, whilst putting on a great song and dance event with plenty of comedy thrown in. But will potential investors be laughing at the end of it?
Anyway this is more confirmation that TXO is dead, their website is being recycled (how very green) to support Tim’s next great value enhancing, superb return to shareholders providing company.
No doubt there will be various paper swaps between all the newly formed companies, at entirely reasonable prices of course, which will end up valuing the group and an entirely sensible overall price and then no doubt an attempt will be made to float this fine enterprise on a market somewhere. There is not even a whiff of boiler rooms about this one.
