Narf Industries – full-year results, does it really have a “clear path to growth”?…

Most recently on company describing itself as “a leading U.S.-based cybersecurity group specialising in advanced threat intelligence and software system security” Narf Industries (NARF), just over a month ago as the shares rose to 0.525p I wrote ‘“Ranger open-source risk detection platform launch” announcement. Ramptastic?’, concluding caveat emptor and still avoid/sell. The company now states that it “is pleased to announce its audited financial results for the year-ended 31 March 2025”, but what about the shares currently responding more than 14% down to 0.45p?

Narf Industries – “Ranger open-source risk detection platform launch” announcement. Ramptastic?…

Describing itself as “a leading U.S.-based cybersecurity group specializing in advanced threat intelligence and software system security”, Narf Industries (NARF) has issued a “Ranger open-source risk detection platform launch”-titled announcement and the shares have currently responded more than 10% higher to 0.525p. Is this justified or is the announcement ramptastic?

NARF

Narf Industries – “Director's Loan Extension”, but still how confident to be that sufficient capital is in place?

Listed in London with a current below £9 million market cap but describing itself as “a leading U.S.-based cybersecurity group specialising in advanced threat intelligence and software system security” (hmmm!), Narf Industries (NARF) has issued a “Director's Loan Extension” announcement that it “is pleased to announce an extension to its unsecured Invoice Financing Facility Agreement with the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Steve Bassi”. How ‘pleasing’ really is this?

NARF

Narf Industries – argues “well-positioned to deliver exceptional value” but ‘no one watching’ interims suggests red flags…

Cybersecurity company Narf Industries (NARF) has announced results for its half-year ended 30th September 2024 with Executive Chairman John Herring emphasising, “despite the challenges, we successfully transitioned to a higher-value business model centred around our SocialCyber platform with recurring revenue potential. With significant contract wins and promising opportunities ahead, the company is well-positioned to deliver exceptional value through this innovative approach while maintaining disciplined financial management”. Er, so why the 30th December, ‘no one watching’ time period, announcement then?
