When Tom asked if I would like to draft a share tip or two for Christmas, I suggested something a little different (not for the first time for those who recall the Vomit list from a few years back!). Much of my investment time in 2025 has been spent researching and investing in the gold, silver and copper space. For reasons that will hopefully become clear, this meant looking overseas. These are some notes on where I have landed and why.
Given my investment knowledge starting point, I put material cash into GDX and GDXJ ETF funds to supplement my long-term holding in Golden Prospect Precious Metals (GPM).
