A Letter to AIM Regulation & Canaccord re Versarien & Neill Ricketts

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

Earlier today I exposed how in a private chat room group, Neill Ricketts, the shameless boss of AIM listed Versarien (VRS) was communicating information not verified by his Nomad and therefore not demonstrably true but clearly price sensitive. I have now written to AIM Regulation and to the company’s Nomad Canaccord which, surely cannot be aware of this. The letter follows:
