Versarien and its 130 claimed patents and trademarks part 2

Conflating the number of patents and trademarks is a bit like myself conflating the number of times I have drunk ouzo and the number of times Cheryl Cole has seduced me. They are both pleasurable just as patents and trademarks are both IP but they are different things. It is not common for people to act in both disciplines; either in respect of IP or pleasure.

VRS

BREAKING: Versarien and the 130 claimed patents Part 1

In the abjectly bad results for the 18 months to 30th September one of the proud boasts of loathsome and porcine CEO Neill Ricketts was "We have secured IP with over 130 patents and trademarks." I have now engaged with a specialist IP lawyer to examine that claim. This may be a long series, but here is an appetizer....

There will be another treat later today for this Versarien shareholder on the ADVFN Asylum: meet impoverished moron squire0076.

Old squire0076 has been long and strong all the way down from almost two quid to today’s 5.15p. The bad news for him and other bulls in the last redoubt at Versarien (VRS) is that I have yet another expose coming later today, the start of a new series. But squire does not care, this is his analysis of the situation yesterday:

VRS

UPDATED: Versarien: another spoof RNS Reach, can you smell the desperation yet?

The funder of the lifestyle of disgraced, porcine CEO, Neill Ricketts, that is to say Versarien (VRS), will run out of cash and still have debts of almost £8 million by April or May. It has been knocked back on its big grant application to Innovate UK – as revealed here – and so must get a placing away PDQ otherwise the Fat Lady and the Fat Man will be singing a late Spring duet. Can you smell the desperation? For the second time in five days, we have an RNS Reach.

Versarien Annual Report out: what it was hiding part 1 – the heroic Graphene growth assumptions supporting nil impairment

Finally, a week after publishing dreadful results Versarien (VRS) has published its full annual report for the 18 months to 30 September 2022. When this company goes bust, what it was hiding will be used to drag it and auditors BDO through hell and back, via the FRC. The main issue is goodwill and the balance sheet but there is also the pay rise loathsome Neill Ricketts was given.

VRS

Versarien Annual Report watch – day 3 ( Versarien not even telling its own PR)

HSBC (HSBA) published its 500 page annual report on the same day as announcing its full year numbers. But it had nothing to hide. Almost all companies do exactly the same but three days after Versarien (VRS) published its full year numbers there is still no sign whatsoever of its annual
report. I have now had a response from the company’s PR team. It is hilarious.

VRS

BREAKING SHOCKING EXPOSE: Versarien results - what Neill Ricketts is not telling you about Innovate UK

In today’s, utterly dreadful, results from Versarien (VRS) the auditors make it clear that the company will go bust if it cannot get a material cash injection from grants, loans or share issues. There is something Versarien is not telling investors about that. I wonder if it has told auditors BDO or its hapless Nomad SP Angel.

VRS

Versarien prize contest – guess the amount of red ink when results eventually arrive

I realise that I have yet to post the olive oil for to the winner of the readers tips of the year contest. Fear not I shall. But the prize in this contest is a small jar of my home grown and picked radishes. This competition is brought to you thanks to Versarien (VRS) a favourite company of this website whose shares are worth 0p and which is run by a loathsome bully and disgraced ramper Neill Ricketts. To the contest…

VRS

Versarien: ignore today’s piffle it is delayed results that should panic holders

Company in crisis Versarien (VRS) has today issued an RNS Reach about it getting an eco passport for a product nobody wants to buy. An RNS Reach is one that the nomad deems “not financial significant.” And for the fraudsters’ fave Nomad SP Angel to make that ruling means this news must be almost irrelevant. The key issue is results. Or lack of them.

ECOB reminds me of OPTI (although the scale of announcements are far greater and have actual numbers attached). I've viewed both businesses as having a interesting product and plausible business model but neither have actually delivered on that. How is ECOB picking up these contracts? They are so diverse, both geographically and it terms of languages spoken etc - where is the common thread that enables them to deliver these? It doesn't strike me that they would likely have a expansive international sales operation.I'd be a lot more comfortable if they were getting more projects off ground in Albania and the wider Balkan region as they would be able to technically and operationally serve such projects much more easily and really prove out the product.
