Describing itself as “a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services and security solutions”, PHSC plc (PHSC) has announced results for its year ended 31st March 2025. This follows a trading update in May, so why currently today a more than 14% lower share price response to 12p?

This morning, we woke to the news that PHSC (PHSC) has raised £350k from investors at a placing price of 22p. That’s a hefty discount to the 27p it closed at last night and also to the 32.5p it closed at the night before.
