Feedback plc – “NHS Progress and Business Update” = NHS potential for “widescale” business delayed!

Digital healthcare technology company Feedback (FDBK) has issued an “NHS Progress and Business Update”-titled announcement including that “discussions have continued to progress positively with central NHS stakeholders regarding at scale opportunities for Bleepa” and that “NHSE has extended Bleepa’s existing licences at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (annualised contract value £495k)… The Bleepa pathway use case is also being demonstrated for internal pathways at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust where the company has agreed a further annual contract extension”. So what about a current share price response towards 11p, more than 20% down?

FDBK

Feedback plc – trading update, how substantial really is its “runway for delivery”?

Medical data technology company Feedback plc (FDBK) has issued a “trading update” including “cash and cash equivalents as at 30 November 2024 were c.£7.3m (30 November 2023: £5.4m)” and that it believes its 'Bleepa' product is perfectly aligned with NHS digitisation and shift to delivery of care in communities. So what of a share price up to just 17p comparing to above 60p as recently as October?!

FDBK

Feedback plc – emphasises now Elective Recovery Fund reimbursement eligibility, but balance sheet detail that dare not speak its name?

Medical data technology company Feedback plc (FDBK) has announced its ‘Bleepa’ platform is “now eligible for reimbursement under the Elective Recovery Fund and that any Integrated Care Board or hospital in England will, with immediate effect be able to utilise this funding, by local agreement, to reimburse expenditure on the Bleepa technology… Management believes that access to ERF represents a step change in the company's commercial prospects”. What of a share price currently soaring back above 55p in response?

FDBK

Feedback – trading update argues set to “build on the fantastic foundation that we have built”. Er, what about that continuing cash burn?

Data technology for clinicians company Feedback (FDBK) has issued a trading update with CEO Dr Tom Oakley emphasising “despite a delay in some of our larger national and regional NHS opportunities we have delivered revenue growth in FY2024 and optimised our cost base” and that those delays have also “given us an opportunity to continue pursuing our international opportunities and we are making promising progress in India around TB screening and other upcoming opportunities that have been unlocked by our in-country MD, Rohit Singh, having established the right to sell Bleepa as a medical device”. So what about a share price currently of 67.5p in response, down more than 8%?

FDBK

Feedback – interims and argues pilot agreement importance “cannot be understated”. What about cash burn importance?…

Medical device company Feedback plc (FDBK) has announced results for its half-year ended 30th November 2023 with CEO Dr Tom Oakley “delighted with the increased traction for our core products” and considering that the “outlook is promising”. So why currently a slightly lower to 61p share price, just above £8 million market capitalisation, and with the shares down from above 100p just last summer?

Feedback – back the bookbuild or – after disastrous results – it’s a crash landing in tits up alley

There are a few things that I disagree with Comrade Malcom Stacey about: all this green shite from COP26 for starters. Just how great meat tastes is another. And whether the Guardian newspaper has any useful purpose other than to light a fire is a third. A fourth is Feedback (FDBK) which he keeps tipping and which I regard as a cash guzzling, jam tomorrow generating, worthless piece of crap which serves only to enrich City financiers and has two decades of failure to boast about. So today we have (dire) results and a £10.5 million or more fund raise. A bookbuild is underway.

Medical Pioneer Feedback Shows Another Sign of Sunnier Prospects

Hello, Share Smirkers. Though Uncle Tom ain’t a fan, I still like the look of medical pioneer Feedback (FDBK). It’s one of those companies with a blistering idea which has so far not brought in the sheaves (forgive the expression, but it is harvest festival time). Perhaps the times are a changing, though. The London company has this week agreed a memorandum of understanding with an artificial intelligence set-up called Quest Teleradiology. This is a India-based diagnostic service with healthcare clients across India, the UK and Africa.

ECOB reminds me of OPTI (although the scale of announcements are far greater and have actual numbers attached). I've viewed both businesses as having a interesting product and plausible business model but neither have actually delivered on that. How is ECOB picking up these contracts? They are so diverse, both geographically and it terms of languages spoken etc - where is the common thread that enables them to deliver these? It doesn't strike me that they would likely have a expansive international sales operation.I'd be a lot more comfortable if they were getting more projects off ground in Albania and the wider Balkan region as they would be able to technically and operationally serve such projects much more easily and really prove out the product.
