ESYS

essensys – “pleased to announce… recommended cash offer”, so why the share price fall? ANOTHER AIM IPO Roll-Call of Shame…

A few days ago I wrote on company describing itself as a “leading provider of software and technology to landlords and flexible workspace operators” essensys (ESYS), ‘short Takeover Panel extension, the “possible offer” needing to be confirmed for shareholder value?’ and concluded that it still looked prudent at an 18p share price to avoid. What about now a “pleased to announce… recommended cash offer”?

ESYS

essensys – short Takeover Panel extension, the “possible offer” needing to be confirmed for shareholder value?

Describing itself as a “leading provider of software and technology to landlords and flexible workspace operators”, essensys (ESYS) has issued an “Extension of PUSU Deadline”-titled announcement including that “discussions between the company and Mark Furness remain ongoing”. What does that suggest from a current 18p share price here?

ESYS

essensys – emphasises “return to positive adjusted EBITDA” following previously possible offer discussions “ongoing”, so why a still slumped share price?…

Describing itself as a “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry”, essensys (ESYS) has announced results for its year ended 31st July 2025 including emphasising “return to positive adjusted EBITDA of £1.3m (FY24: £0.9m loss)… Cash at year-end: £1.8m”. So what of a share price still down from prior levels at 14.5p?

ESYS

Essensys – ‘Trading update & Possible Offer’, how’s those “significant long-term opportunities that lie ahead of us as a UK-listed company with global ambition” now?!…

Self-described “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry” essensys (ESYS) has issued a “Trading update & Possible Offer” announcement including noting a possible offer at 20p per share. So what about a current share price response to 15p, a market cap of £9.7 million and few percent down?

ESYS

essensys – emphasises “return to profitability at an adjusted EBITDA level… as previously targeted”, but what about the bottom-line?…

Describing itself as a “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry”, essensys (ESYS) has issued a “Trading Update” commencing that for its year ended 31st July 2025 it “is pleased to confirm that it has successfully delivered on its strategy of achieving a return to profitability at an adjusted EBITDA level”. So what about currently a more than 9% lower share price response to below 20p?

ESYS

essensys – nominated adviser and broker change, another red flag?

Describing itself as a “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry”, essensys (ESYS) today “is pleased to announce the appointment of Canaccord Genuity Limited as the company's Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker, with immediate effect”. Hmmm, why might this be?

ESYS

essensys – interims commencing “Return to profit in H1”. Er, there wasn’t!…

Most recently on company describing itself as a “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry” essensys (ESYS), in August with the shares at 34.5p I concluded further bottom-line improvement is needed and, with also “market conditions remain challenging, with continued pressure on capex budgets”, just on the watchlist. What about now with the shares at 36p after results for its half-year ended 31st January 2025 and it “confident of further progress in the second half of the year, supported by our progress with strategic customers, our pure-play SaaS product, essensys Platform, and launch of elumo”?

ESYS

essensys – “ahead of market expectations”, how positive is the outlook?

Describing itself as a “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry”, essensys plc (ESYS) has issued a “trading update” commencing “FY24 performance is expected to be ahead of market expectations for revenue, adjusted EBITDA and cash. This reflects the continued execution of essensys' strategy to deliver near-term profitability and cash generation in FY25”. What of this and the shares currently further up to 34.5p in response?

ESYS

essensys – interims argue “on track”, but is it really?…

Previously writing on company describing itself as a “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry” essensys (ESYS), in January with the shares at 36.5p I concluded including that I suggest the balance sheet position at the company’s half year will be very interesting and, with also adjusted EBITDA being manipulated bullshit earnings, question for long is the “foreseeable future” of the stated “sufficient capital”. The shares most recently closed at 18.25p and what of them currently down to 13.5p on the back of now the results announcement for the company’s half-year ended 31st January 2024?

ESYS

essensys – argues “entered FY24… with the right operational base”, so what of now CFO “has decided to resign”?…

Describing itself as a “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry”, essensys plc (ESYS) has announced “Sarah Harvey, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to resign” though also arguing that the company has “entered FY24 as a leaner organisation with the right operational base to help our customers deliver digitally enabled tenant experiences across their premium office footprint”. So what of this latest news, corporate jargon and a current 36.5p share price?

ESYS

essensys – full-year results, a “resilient financial performance” with “sufficient capital”. Or not?…

Describing itself as a “leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry”, essensys (ESYS) has announced results for its year ended 31st July 2023 emphasising a “resilient financial performance. Group total revenues up 9%” (to £25.3 million) and that it “enters FY24 as a leaner, more efficient business and our momentum with strategic customers and new product developments supports our confidence of further progress in the year ahead”. So what of a current 28p share price, down from above 60p earlier this year?

ESYS

essensys – trading update, is it really “good progress against its strategic growth plan”?

Describing itself as “a leading global software and technology provider delivering digitally enabled buildings, spaces and services for landlords and flex workspace operators”, essensys (ESYS) states that it “is pleased to announce a pre-close trading update for the financial year ended 31 July 2022” and “revenue and adjusted EBITDA in FY22 are expected to be in line with consensus market expectations… we remain confident in the market and opportunity for the group in FY23 and beyond”. So what of a share price response currently up just over 4% to 63p?

the alliance is of groups in different places with only 3 forces being in any way serious. So the situation on the ground in TK is unch.Yes the government had almost entirely controlled the OLA over eight years. Just in the way we in the UK almost control ISIS but Then Ariana Grande occurs does that make you write the entire UK off?

BBC: "The government has been fighting the OLA since 2018." Eight years later OLA carries out the attack on Tuli Kapi.If the government was unable to get rid of OLA in 8 years, then why would we expect it to do so quickly now, when it is now part of a 7-member armed alliance?
