Just in late June this year self-described “award-winning digital publisher and developer of independent video games” Devolver Digital (DEVO) issued a “trading statement” including “1H 2026 performance has been ahead of expectations with a very strong revenue performance expected to be at least 60% higher than 1H 2025, with underlying Adjusted EBITDA projected to reach mid single-digit US$ millions”. So what about now a “Proposed Cancellation, Tender Offer & Notice of GM” announcement?

Sounds good…so why currently a more than 12% share price fall in response, to 55.5p?
