Can’t see any deed poll document, did you upload the wrong doc? The one linked to just shows a company filing with the director’s surname spelled without an apostrophe.

The doc I loaded shows he changed his name. I admit I assume by Deed Poll but he did change his name

Although to be fair, I would judge ACH Manchester will be a very fine fit with the other ‘winners’ in Quindell’s stable of POS!
I assume that associated companies, owned by Mr Andrew Odua and acquired by Quindell are :- Tell us Solutions/Pellus Solutions/Telus and judging by the complaints posted on:-

has the same profile and trail of complaints of that other Terry enterprise, selling dodgy ‘vodaphone packages’!

That is incorrect. Mr. O’dua resigned as a director of Quindell ACH Limited on 18th March 2014.
