Version (VRS) is a serial placer to raise cash to fund ongoing losses. Despite having sold its Korean business and AAC Cyroma it still launched 5 placings in just over a year with the latest being on Friday. Although the Korean purchaser has struggled to pay the full £604,000 on the agreed schedule it has so far ponied up £512,000. The AAC Cyroma purchaser is paying the £550,000 consideration in 16 quarterly instalments. So the two mature businesses sold to date haven’t been big cash generators. Now do the maths!
