CAP-XX – “Director/PDMR Shareholding” announcement, attempted ramptastic?
Describing itself as “a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, prismatic supercapacitors and energy management systems”, CAP-XX (CPX) has announced that Chairman Dr Graham Cooley has bought 23,026,928 shares in the company. With the shares currently a few percent up in response, how good is the news?

Eco Buildings Group – “New Contract Secured” further hints at the potential, Buy
Eco Buildings Group (ECOB) has announced “a manufacturing and supply agreement, relating to 60 residential villas at the Lake Gjokaj residential development in Albania”. How significant is this from the group’s valuation at an up to 11p share price in response?

Tom Winnifrith bearcast: ending 3 years of hurt tomorrow, the threat of legal action & what the mid terms mean
I start with why tomorrow will be a short day, then the ghastly John Lewis Christmas advert, why companies threatening old TW with legal action are slam dunk shorts and what will happen in the mid terms and what it means.

A slam dunk oil sell for Christmas
Oil could well spike before Christmas and that might be seen as a reason to go all in on oil stocks. The reasoning is that once the Republicans get a mid term thrashing Trump will see that the only way of securing his legacy in his last two lame duck years, facing a hostile House, will be to double down on Iran.

Panmure: Amaroq now 98p target 165p, Maarmorilik comment
I am not sure this note from broker Panmure adds much to yesterday's news but you can find the note below. I stand by my view that by late 2029 when Amaroq (AMRQ) has 3 mines in operation the shares will be as high as 400p. They won't get there tomorrow but as a buy and hold sleep sound investment it is perfect.

Focusrite – interims emphasise “improved profitability supporting full year expectations”, but how ‘improved’ are those?…
Most recently on music and audio products company Focusrite (TUNE), in August with the shares at 237p I wrote ‘trading “ahead of the prior year”, but how materially so?’. What about now results for its half-year ended 31st August 2026 headlined “Improved profitability supporting full year expectations” and the shares currently up in response, but to only just above 230p?

Alessandro Zamboni’s Nuburu – CLN providers dump shares onto mug retail punters yet again
I flagged up in my previous article Nuburu (BURU) – delisting deferred (for now) a dramatic climb in Nuburu’s share price which according to Yahoo reached a high of 62 cents up from 17 cents. This was during two days of massive trading volumes of 936 million and 476 million shares for a company which had just 16.1 million shares in issue, as US retail morons piled in to buy the shares.

Allergy Therapeutics is off – another hammer blow to AIM
This is not some tiddly loss making shitco, Allergy Therapeutics (AGY) is a real company with sales and cash at hand. Yet it is seeking permission to leave the world’s most successful growth market, the AIM Casino. Its largest shareholders support the delisting it’s a done deal and the shares have crashed by 63% to 1.3p but that still makes it an £82 million company.

Will Georgina Energy sue Tom Winnifrith & ShareProphets: see you in Court Bitchez!
You will remember that this is the company that told a City chump that it had already sued me for libel and won! If course it had not it was plain defamation and that chump would be called in any future case! But according to a poster on the LSE asylum who seems to have been groomed by the company it is going to have a go at me. See you in Court bitchez!

My most viewed X post in history, Emma Reynolds MP is a bitch and I want my cash back
According to the deputy business secretary Emma Reynolds I am as an employer not a worker. Having never worked in the private sector she is the sort of person who think I sit around all day counting my money, smoking cigars and watching cats on the internet while those I employ do the real work. As it happens I got home at 4 AM Greek time last night and went straight to work, chasing up an errant employee who had fecked something up . I feel ill and tired and want to go to bed but I most finish the days work, chasing that heroic employee who fecked it up as he snored until 10 am, ensuring bills are paid, producing articles, dealing with a Sharestock issue.

CAP-XX – emphasises “strengthened demand”, but how financially significant?…
Describing itself as “a global leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors and energy management systems”, CAP-XX (CPX) has announced results for its year ended 30th June 2026 including emphasising “materially reduced losses and strengthened demand”. What then of a currently further lower share price response to 0.1075p?

How to tantalize morons : feeble minded Valereum shareholders are being tortured with bogus share trading
I predict that at some stage shareholders in Valereum (VLRM) will realise that the problem is not old TW, who is today being outed on the telegram group as personally having instructed AQSE to suspend the shares on Friday afternoon. What power!. Meanwhile when the morons wake up I predict that they will form a Shareholder Action Group (SAG) to try to save the company by changing management. Call me mystic meg but it always happens.. Meanwhile the feeble minded are being tortured by phantom trades.

Ibstock – “trading conditions deteriorated sharply during the third quarter, with weakness continuing”. You were warned!…
Most recently on UK building products company Ibstock (IBST), in August with the shares falling from 97.8p I questioned its improvement confidence considering the UK and Middle East backdrops and concluded to still avoid. What of now a “trading update” including its “domestic brick market share in Q3 was consistent year on year, while average selling prices to the market remained broadly in line with expectations” and the shares currently slumping a further approaching 10% to below 75p?

Why not name the villainous company? Surely this is insider dealing?
If a listed company, or rather an executive of a listed company, is passing on price sensitive information via a social media chat group so that folks then trade on that information why is that not insider dealing? We know it happened because of the disciplinary notice below, dated October 13.
