Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I asked in my last article “What are the chances of TXO beating the hex of publishing results on the final day possible meaning you are bust before you get to publish the next set?” the answer that has been given over the past few days seems to be: two hopes and one of them is called Bob, the other is called No!

How can anyone trust one single scrap of info the company has put out over the past 4 years? History has shown a lot of it to be completely bogus and the “clarification” yesterday explains some of the reasons why. How can TXO pump shareholders’ and creditors’ money into investments and not have at least open access to investee company info, if not a non exec seat on the board?
There is one hell of a false market out there thanks to years of misinformation going out unverified and Bergen have 73M shares to dump into that false market. If Bergen do manage to dump those, then they will do another conversion probably for another £70k, but the conversion price will most likely be about 0.05p by then (Nominal of 0.1P does not matter – it will Be 70M conversion shares and 70M “fee” shares). If they manage to dump all those before suspension, then they will convert the final £70k probably at about 0.02p. Will there be enough complete morons around to soak up that number of shares? There really is no telling with TXO. But as you say TXO might not stay trading long enough for even the first 73M to be dumped, now it looks like the chocolate tepot regulators have woken up “In response to shareholder questions, the directors of TXO plc (“TXO” or “Company”) wish to provide further information “ My arse! They only ever give out bogus positive info or what the regulators force them to reveal.
