Mar City plc – the fiasco worsens

Having at no-one-watching-o’clock on Friday announced a proposed related-party property transaction which looks of doubtful merit to the company and that 2014 results would “be substantially below market expectations” despite it having reported last month “profit before tax for the year to 31 December 2014 in line with market expectations”, the fiasco at AIM-listed housebuilder Mar City plc (MAR) has further worsened…
